We were there celebrating our engagement, and they made it feel so special by decorating our table with rings and confetti to celebrate our love. Our server gave us so much attention and made the experience feel personal. Since it was our first time there, they took the time to walk us through some of the best items on and off the menu, and shared their favorite dishes. Everything was done with care. The restaurant was clean, the bathroom was amazing, and the food was worth every dollar. The short rib was so tender, and the New York strip was seasoned to perfection and cooked medium well just how we like it. The twice-baked potato loaded with bacon, sour cream, chives, and cheese was delicious, and the mac and cheese was so good. I also appreciated that they allowed me to order it without the roasted saltine crackers. I can't wait to visit again!

This is my second time here and both times have been so good. We came as a party of 3 and left so happy and full. I love Mexican food holy moly We got the queso and octopus shrimp ceviche as starters. The queso was 3 cheeses: American, cotija, and Oaxacan. They heated it up under a salamander so it was nice and crispy on top, while being gooey all throughout. Also came with a couple of nice salsas. The ceviche was not my favorite because I don't prefer raw(ish) octopus, but the squid ink sauce was very flavorful. For our mains the 3 of us shared the red snapper, tuetano with lamb, and the mixteco poblano pepper. Red snapper had a nice charred smoky flavor from being grilled. Was more meaty than flaky in texture. It was our second time getting the mixteco poblano pepper and it hits. Highly recommend eating with some of the salsa as well if you get queso. The duck carnitas in it wasn't particularly duck-y today, but still very good. Best dish is definitely the tuetano. The bone marrow is so incredibly flavorful with the blue corn tortillas. Add some of the pickled onions and it's hard to go wrong with that flavor combo of salt, fat, and acid. if you're going to order one thing, I'd order this and share with a friend and tbh it's enough to be filling. For dessert we got the volcan de chocolate (basically lava cake). The lava cake and coconut ice cream combo is fantastic. You get bits of coconut flakes as you eat! Fair warning it isn't the brownie texture you may be used to, it's a bit more cakey. Amazing service the whole night! Almost got our cars booted because we forgot to validate until 1.5 hours in but luckily we were fine. The staff let us know they have been booting cars though so be wary!

We kicked things off with a couple of incredible Mezcal cocktails that were perfectly balanced and full of flavor. For lunch, we ordered the ribeye tacos and the chicken with mole sauce, and both dishes were outstanding. The ribeye tacos were tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, while the mole sauce on the chicken was rich, authentic, and unforgettable. A huge shout-out to our server, Oscar, who made the entire experience even better. He was attentive, personable, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided the kind of service that keeps you coming back. The ambiance deserves just as much praise. The music, décor, and overall atmosphere created a sophisticated, grown-and-sexy vibe that made it perfect for a relaxed date lunch. It's one of those places where you can enjoy amazing food, great cocktails, and simply take your time. Casi Cielo has definitely earned a spot on our list of favorite restaurants. We can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu. Highly recommend!

I don't usually even like escargot, but theirs was really delicious. The chicken paillard with artichokes and lemon butter was spectacular. Everything was rich and indulgent in all the right ways, with just the right amount of butter, potatoes, cheese, and all the things you want from a meal like this. The service was also wonderful, polished and attentive, exactly what you would expect from a fine dining experience. Fantastic, fantastic meal. Making reservations is really simple via OpenTable. They have Valley parking which cost around eight dollars, but there is also a parking garage where you can pay by the hour. They have a pretty large dining room with an area for more private dining as well and they also have seating at the oyster bar. This is my fourth visit and each visit the food has been really good. For our appetizers we got my favorite the shrimp à la Plancha, but I did notice that the bread that comes with the dish has gotten significantly smaller. For dinner we had the fingerling potatoes, which I was not a fan of. They were pretty hard. I got the red fish for my entrée and we got the collard greens for our vegetable and the greens tasted amazing. My friend ordered the She Crab Soup and Fried Oysters and said they were both delicious. I missed out on the Peach cake (out of season) but they had Apple and I liked it.

The…read moreatmosphere is upscale and energetic, making it a great choice for a special dinner, date night, or even a solo evening. The staff outside greeted me warmly and checked me in, but once inside, the reception felt noticeably different. The staff seemed a little less friendly and somewhat snappy, which didn't quite match the welcoming atmosphere STK presents. Thankfully, once I was seated, my experience completely turned around. I was dining alone, and my server, Ana, was phenomenal. She was attentive without hovering, personable, and made excellent recommendations. The drink she suggested was delicious, and she also recommended the Brussels sprouts, which were amazing. I ordered the ribeye medium-well, and it was cooked just right. Even the bread with the butter and blue cheese was good. The rest of the service team was attentive as well. My plates were cleared promptly, and two managers stopped by during dinner to make sure everything was going well. As a solo diner, I especially appreciated receiving the same attention and level of service as any other table. STK is definitely on the pricier side, and the menu is largely à la carte, so keep that in mind when planning your visit. Still, if you're looking for an upscale dining experience and don't mind spending a little more, I recommend trying it.

After receiving our appetizers and drinks, we waited approximately TWO HOURS for our entrées. Other guests who arrived after us received their meals before we did. We eventually requested a manager, and she went in the back to check on our order. Then Casey our server after walking past us multiple times finally says "oh I was just going to check on that" and our food arrived about 20-25 minutes later which I could assume means they never even started our orders that we placed 2 HOURS AGO. Both steaks were excessively salty and had to be remade. We specifically requested medium, but the replacement steaks arrived undercooked. By this point, the restaurant was closing, and we had no reasonable option but to take the food home and finish cooking it ourselves. To make matters worse, the replacement steaks were missing the umami butter we paid an additional $24 for. When we questioned the resolution, our server, Casey, stated that the steaks would not be comped because we were taking them home. We weren't taking leftovers home by choice. We were taking home incorrectly prepared food after waiting hours and giving the restaurant multiple opportunities to correct the issue. Despite the manager stating, "This is on us," we ultimately paid $174.15, including tax and gratuity. Both my partner and I also experienced stomach discomfort after returning home. While we cannot confirm whether this was related to the meal, it added to our concerns about the experience. We specifically chose STK for our anniversary and left after midnight with food we couldn't even enjoy as intended. For a restaurant at this price point, the food preparation, service, communication, and handling of this situation were incredibly disappointing.
