Beginning to end the staff was kind, informative, made me feel safe having my car in their hands with quality check after quality check, kept me up to date, and prioritized. As a woman that meant so so much because I know that I am afraid of going to car mechanic shops because of being taken advantage of but not here not at all. The safety in the entire experience alone deserved 10 stars. Sorry for the long review but just really wanted to highlight the absolute phenomenal work this shop does. Now my car is running better then before! Thank you again to advantage automotive for everything and Justin for his unbeatable service

I called Advantage at the recommendation of a local auto parts store and spoke to James the owner. He was caring and made me feel comfortable as a parent especially being so far away. They got the car in the next day and took care of the issue promptly. They even came in $125 under the quoted estimate. Everyone was very friendly and treated my son with respect. I can't express the gratitude as a father who felt helpless a world away. You may not fully realize it but you were a blessing. Thank you! I highly recommend Advantage Automotive and will use them for all his future car care while in New Mexico.

Horrible! I very much wanted to be happy with this shop! I was thrilled with the quote when I…read morereceived it, however, somewhat dismayed with the wait time of 6 weeks to get my car in for repairs. Nonetheless, as the gentleman that I dealt with seemed polite and professional, I agreed to wait. I dropped the car off on a Friday, only to find out the next week that the parts had not come in. They did not come in until Tuesday, and after calling in the afternoon, was told that the car was being worked on at that point and would be done by Wednesday. I called at noon on Wednesday and was told the car was done. I was a bit dismayed to find the final price was higher than the quote, but paid the bill and left. Prior to leaving, I walked around the car to look at the repairs, only to find that one key part of the repairs had not been completed, and yet I had been charged for it! When the car was brought in for an estimate, I had been told that it would not need to be painted as the bumper could be buffed out to remove black marks on it. Suffice it to say, the bumper was never buffed out! I went back inside and spoke to the gentleman that I had been dealing with all along, who came out, saw what I was talking about and could do nothing other than offer excuses! There was no apology or what can we do to make this right, but rather a slew of excuses -- we are short staffed... we are human... I am doing everything... When I asked how it was possible that no one had to inspect the repairs and sign off on them before finalizing the bill, he told me that would have been him, but he was busy doing everything else! I told him that putting a repair down, claiming to have done it (and not actually done it) and charging for it, is fraud. He did not seem to care at all. Their solution? The next day a woman called and told me that they are sending me a check for $24 for it. Thank you for nothing. Additionally, now I question the quality and accuracy of the rest of the repairs! We will NEVER use this business again, and strongly urge others to think twice! I urge this business to rethink their supposed guarantee as well -- how can you guarantee the longevity of the repairs if you cannot even be counted on to do the contracted repairs to begin with! Unbelievably dissatisfied.

These days, it's more like a three week book out, which must mean business is good. For this particular visit, we had several mileage maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. We were given a list by the Ford Dealership, and we brought that in for a quote with Cedar Crest Tire. The Ford Dealership also noted that we had evidence of an engine oil leak. I made the appointment at the beginning of July, and I got in on July 20th. They have a key drop box that we were able to use and leave the vehicle there the weekend prior. I got a call on Tuesday afternoon that my vehicle was ready for pick up. On my way into town, I swung by to pay the bill and get the key. I know that they have a ride service available, but I hoped by daughter would help me with the ride. We looked over the invoice and didn't see anything addressing the engine oil leak. He got a hold of the technician, and he said there was no evidence of a leak. Before bringing in the vehicle, I did call back to add an emissions service to the list of items, and that one was overlooked, but I wasn't billed for it either. I feel like my correspondence with them have always been professional, and my vehicles have always been repaired.
