But this is what blew me away. Not the alternator, but replacing the engine-cover plastic clips that were missing before I brought my Rav in. Did they have to do that, of course not. Did they charge me? No. Did they mention them? No. That got me thinking of the time before I brought my 2008 in. Although they addressed the light configuration on the dash as planned, I believe they also addressed replacing batteries on my TPS sensor system for the tires. Again, did they charge me. No. Did they tell me? No. Conjecture on my part - as this light hasn't come on for the last several thousand miles; but I believe they replaced the batteries to quietly show off their exemplary service. Turns out the hoses weren't connected properly. The guys at the oil change center hooked them up properly and it worked for 3 months. Then it leaked again and almost destroyed the tranny.
