I brought my 2019 Honda Pilot in because there was a clicking noise coming from my front axle when…read moreturning hard right. They were friendly, and professional. The repair was completed quickly and they were very honest about the outcome and if further repairs would be needed. I did experience one issue. After picking up the vehicle, I discovered the driver's side wiper blade had been badly bent while in their care. I called my service advisor and told him about the issue, and he immediately denied responsibility. I've attached a screenshot of the wiper blades from their walk around video at drop off, and a photo of the damaged wiper blade after I picked the vehicle up. Anyway, I stopped at Auto Zone and replaced my front blades for $30 on my way home, so it wasn't a big deal. It just should not have been returned to me damaged.

The air conditioner was blowing cold air when I dropped it off the night before my appointment and continued to work by the time of my appointment the next day. Because it wasn't actively blowing hot air at the time of the appointment, they were unable to fix it which is disheartening because I've been dealing with this issue for months now. Anyway, even though I walked away without a fix to my problem, I will say though they have easy scheduling online, and a simple drop off process for those of us who work during the day and week. One inconvenience though is they aren't open on weekends. I found a family member who will help fix my car this time around but I will consider them for the future.

I was able to get in a couple of days within calling and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. They called and told me that the original issues I had from another car shop weren't even issues to begin with. I wasn't able to pick up my car during normal business hours so they offered the after hours pick up. I love how convenient they have it and it was super easy, it wasn't an extra charge either. They also left a little snack in my car! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

While all good car care is by the books…read moreand use standard pricing guidelines, what you also get at Japanese Car Care is spectacular workmanship, and genuine care for you and your car. I usually go to the new location on Washington but for years went to the Virginia Street location. Both have excellent service and a great staff. The people that work here are professional, caring and friendly as well. They know their business back to front and if you don't need something immediately, they'll tell you that. Jason is the owner and he sets the tone: kind, caring and sincere. I speak mostly to Joe at the Washington Street location. He is always cheerful, kind, and caring. All the guys at the front desk are terrific. Plus they have great swag in the lobby...coffee cups, mints, stuff for the interior of the car, etc. I cannot recommend Japanese Car Care enough. I love them and if they were to retire, I'd stop driving!
