It was a good sign to see the place busy on a late weekend afternoon. Mostly contractors and DIYers (some with contractors) checking out their renovation options. We also checked another nearby building supplies shop but that didn't come close to the options at Zion Building Supplies.

I asked one of the customer service rep about this item and she got the details and come back and said the inventory is wrong and we don't have this item and I confirmed with the manager(Heidi). I spoke to the manager(Heidi) and explained about the wrong information in the system. The reason given to me by her is it is stolen. I explain the busy life style of the customers and ask her to update this in the system as soon as possible to prevent wasting other customers time. She said she will do it. As of Jan 28,2028 their system still shows that this store has 7 pieces in store(which will waste more customers time). I end up with contact their national service centre to resolve this issue. This store online information about the available items and the quantity is not reliable.

The whole place is easy to walk around, clean, and has a ton of stuff. theres always something new to see, and its easy to spend way more time there than you expect. i always end up finding a plant i didnt even know i wanted lol. Overall really love valleyview gardens, pink roses are gorgeous, venus fly traps are awesome, and the staff are nice too. def gonna be back
