My all time favourite to buy flowers in May. It gets crowded on weekdays. It's pricey but plants are healthy. Staff are very helpful. Comes here every year.

Another day, another garden centre as a willing hostage for my sweetheart! It seems I've (we've) been on a country tour of these venues for the past few months. Another city, another eye appealing experience. The customer lineup here for entry in was a 35 minute wait but it was sunny and sooooo nice to be outdoors today. This place was mid-sized compared to recent ginormous garden centres recently visited. Nevertheless, indoor and outdoor product selection was good. We found it pricey too! Maybe, it's because the rich clientele were mostly from Markham. Many of the aisles are narrow and someone ran their shopping cart into my Achilles tendon. That hurt and I buckled over in pain! (If I was in Merica, I would sue and retire filthy rich. This is Canada and all I got was a "I'm so sorry!" Plenty of parking and there was good turnaround time so you didn't have to wait long for a spot to open up. Wait for it..... Yes, we came home with another (plant) addition to the home!

    Valleyview Gardens' huge selection.

Valleyview Gardens is a little piece of heaven. I've been there about three times now over the last six months or so. I could spend all day there. I wish it wasn't an hour away from me, but so worth it - especially for price and selection and healthy plants. A family friend who has a flower store told me about it. The staff has always been nice. I like that the plant names are clearly posted with a short care instruction. I can't say enough good things. Looking forward to my next trip there, which will defintely be soon.

This place is wow. Wow wow wow. Any plant enthusiast or anyone looking for plants needs to come to this place. It's a whole huge warehouse of plants on plants on plants at really reasonable prices. I am not joking where I think they probably carry every species on the planet. It just doesn't stop. You think you're finished one part of the place and bam, you're in another room filled with other plants. You can even peep through the nursery side filled with rows upon rows of plants waiting to be put out. Prices were very good. I came to see their succulent (which unfortunately the selection is not as large) and they were either at part with Home Depot or perhaps a little higher, and HD is quite cheap. You could do a photo shoot in here as the lighting is really great, it's secluded, and the layout of the greenhouse was nice. The only problem I would say is that it was hard to locate a specific plant if you needed it. I didn't see that many workers, but I'm sure they would have helped me out if I asked. I'd also love if they could expand their succulent collection as it was quite basic and not as robust as Kim's. I do have to say that they had REALLY great Burro Tails and String of Pearls in hanging baskets for a awesome price of $13. 5/5. Amazing local nursery. Prepare yourself to stay for at least an hour to admire all the greenery.

    Beautiful plants

A serious garden of eden. I found some of my wishlist plants as well as a unicorn plant! It is very overwhelming how many plants there are. Seriously beautiful place, it's about an hour and 15 min drive for me but is really worth the trek!! Very, very reasonably priced. Beautiful place and plants

Yes, the plants are fresh lol You know sometimes you go to a grocery store and they have plants for sale by the exit but they all look like they're dying or at least got a few dead leaves?

The staff (specificaly Cheyenne) were so enthusiastic offering ideas and fun facts about how to care for the plants at home. Very generous with the supplies such as stickers, popsicle sticks, pipe cleaners and paint. Such a fun activity, highly recommend.

I didn't notice at first, but there was someone tailing me. I walked back and forth to be certain. Soon he was just standing two feet away from me. I ended up buying some plants (which I probably shouldn't have. One had some sort of blight.) I was going to ask for help at the counter. However, they were pretty rude at the cash and it was then I realized the follower worked there. Then two of them followed me all the way to the car. I don't know if they thought my pregnant belly was a plant or something, but I was just wearing a summer dress and sandals. No where to hide anything. Plus I was holding my wallet. No purse at all. Honestly, I was scared of the two workers following me. I called my friend to tell her just in case they decided to jump me. When I got to the car, they stared at me and quickly put my plants in the back, then drive away. I have never seen such behaviour and I'm still wondering if they were planning to jump or attack me. I will not shop there again.

They also have sleeping flowers that have been flash frozen and will last up to 10 years. These are super low maintenance as you only have to water them once a month. The shopkeeper was friendly and answered all my questions. The only downside is they are sometimes closed even though the hours are listed as open. However, it wasn't a big deal for me since I live close enough and am at T&T often enough that I can head upstairs for a quick check. Overall, I was impressed by the quality of the plants and the level of service I received and would definitely sign up to do a terrarium diy lesson!

Cute, creative and super affordable!…read more I remember seeing this place on my friend's IG story from the One of a Kind show in Toronto and I so badly wanted to check it out but alas, I work 24-7. One day, my girl and I were supposed to get a birthday present for a friend, and she suggested me this plant shop. When I checked it out on IG, I instantly thought "this is the place!!!!". Boy am I so so so glad Plant It is a permanent store because they have such a variety of adorable plants, pots, decorations and etc. I ended up putting together something for a friend and for my dad (whom I had just had an argument with the day prior). It took a lot to not buy everything in the store. The owner is so sweet, helpful and professional! She packaged my purchases so cleverly to be able to transport them home. The next time I'm in, I'm definitely getting another customized piece with Baymax's face on a pot!!!
