He did a spring cleanup including pruning all of my trees and bushes. He re-edged and mulched my garden beds and moved around some shrubs at my request giving me good advice as to where certain types of shrubs would grow better. And because I am on two swales he did a lot of work to help my drainage problems by adding a lot of crushed stone and some stepping stones. I first tried to contact them by phone, where they direct you to contact them via their website, so I did. I waited 2 weeks as I know Spring is busy, but no response. So I called again, this time intending to leave a Voicemail, but it was full. So I left another message on the website. That was 3 weeks ago. I fully understand this is a busy season for landscapers, but they actually claim in the website that they'll help you find someone if they can't take you on. I guess that only counts if they acknowledge you. :(
