There were multiple employees around. Plants were organised by similar type, but if you're looking for a specific plant, you'll probably need help. For example, I would've never have found the roses, as the limited selection that was there was somewhat hidden. Rating is based on positive experience, wide variety of plants, enough staff, and there not being a line to get in!

It's always enjoyable to go there, and I even visit there with in-laws sometimes to just look around. It's pretty, and I'll always love seeing how happy the bees are with their butterfly bushes.

This plant shop is tucked away but houses some of the most beautiful plants, planters, pots, tools and accessories. A friend happened upon their website and I needed to pop in to see it for myself. It was love at first sight! The selection at other plant shops/nurseries varies and that is similar to here. However, that's the exciting part. Plant Society not only carries your monsteras and money trees, but they also have some rare finds and imports, if you just ask. I always find something that intrigues me. Their plants are in good condition, well cared for, free of bugs, and decently priced. They also have some beautiful tools and accessories such as fancy watering cans that can boost the aesthetic in your place going from drab to fab in an instant. If live plants aren't your thing, they have some beautiful dried bouquets. The other aspect of this shop that brings me back is the top notch customer service. You can typically find Michael here and readily available to answer all your plant questions. He has been super helpful and has offered help by suggesting pet-friendly options to just entertaining my curiosity. I always leave happy and more than my arms can carry sometimes. The one good thing about breaking the bank here is that they have a rewards program, which other plant shops don't usually offer. It does curb a bit of the guilt because points will earn you certain dollars off your next purchase. How could I NOT go into this store!? Looks-wise it's just like the standard HomeGoods we're used to in the States... except its bigger and better. And really roomy. Sometimes these types of stores are so packed you can barely move around - not this location. Set in a lower level/basement like space it felt modern and comfortable. Walking in - I instantly wished I had brought an extra duffle bag. Between the aisles of pillows, the kitchen/dining section, and the picture frames - I was in heaven. Fortunately for Hubs they also have tons of furniture, so he was able to find a {super cute} chair up front to relax in while I wandered. B/c my luggage could not accommodate all that I had seen I settled on a really beautiful picture frame to commemorate our visit to Toronto. Check out was super easy - seeing as how they had several cashiers available. And my frame, after $$ conversion was only $7. Yay for HomeSense!
