As soon as I walked in, a friendly voice called out and asked if I needed help. After a lot of searching, he was unable to find the weeding tool and offered to let me borrow his for the day, which I thought was super nice. Someone else helped me find a bag of soil that I would be able to carry home and a small bag of grass seeds. The damage $6. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and helpfulness of the service, as well as their variety of products: plants, soils, tools, seeds... they even had canning equipment. I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to start REALLY gardening, and not just making my yard presentable.

This plant shop is tucked away but houses some of the most beautiful plants, planters, pots, tools and accessories. A friend happened upon their website and I needed to pop in to see it for myself. It was love at first sight! The selection at other plant shops/nurseries varies and that is similar to here. However, that's the exciting part. Plant Society not only carries your monsteras and money trees, but they also have some rare finds and imports, if you just ask. I always find something that intrigues me. Their plants are in good condition, well cared for, free of bugs, and decently priced. They also have some beautiful tools and accessories such as fancy watering cans that can boost the aesthetic in your place going from drab to fab in an instant. If live plants aren't your thing, they have some beautiful dried bouquets. The other aspect of this shop that brings me back is the top notch customer service. You can typically find Michael here and readily available to answer all your plant questions. He has been super helpful and has offered help by suggesting pet-friendly options to just entertaining my curiosity. I always leave happy and more than my arms can carry sometimes. The one good thing about breaking the bank here is that they have a rewards program, which other plant shops don't usually offer. It does curb a bit of the guilt because points will earn you certain dollars off your next purchase. If you're not signed up for their newsletter, you absolutely should because they have frequent sales. They have everything, from catnip, to dill, to tomatoes, garden supplies, fruit trees, and many different kinds of flowers (full or partial sun, shade), mulch, and various rocks. It's always enjoyable to go there, and I even visit there with in-laws sometimes to just look around. It's pretty, and I'll always love seeing how happy the bees are with their butterfly bushes.

Also prices are arbitrary - came in two times to look at a sale item and was given two different prices for it by different staff. And when the item was picked up, it required that doors be held open to take it out - other customers had to assist while the staff just stood around not helping. Very disappointed in my experience here - I was told the two ladies were long-time staff which is even more disheartening.
