I don't really buy flowers, because I'm mostly interested in things I can eat, but they seemed to have a good selection of those as well. They have a modest selection of garden supplies, but I don't think that's really their thing. I asked if they sold any trellises to grow my veggies on and he told me "Let them grow over the ground". I said "Yeah, but if I grow them up then I'll have more ground space." Then he looked at me a little annoyed and repeated himself. So, not the best customer service I've seen, but whatever just give me the plants.

K sorry, that didn't work, but you get the idea :) I wanted to add the hearty, hard-to-kill, air-purifying snake plant to my plant collection. I perused the online offerings at Promise and purchased one, along with a planter, for delivery to my home in midtown Toronto. Nice! They quickly texted me a picture of the plant in its planter, at which point I changed my mind and wanted to upgrade to the Montecito planter for an extra $5. So they sent me a link to pay the extra money. So easy!! Communication on the date of delivery was also great. I'm loving my new snake plant (Laurentii) and Montecito planter, which is a combination I recommend. Would absolutely shop here again.
