This was more than I expected but he said it would take 6-7 hours. He was very punctual and very nice when he came over. The back crack looks much better now and he did a decent job aligning the slab with the slab next to it but it is not perfectly smooth. I understand that this might be as much as they could do there. When he was done I asked him about fixing the cracks that were in the original quote but he said "it shouldn't be a problem." So maybe they will not become bigger cracks but I thought it would be buffed out? Or at least maybe not charge me for them? Luis and his helper were done in about 3 hours. I think Luis is quite nice and is very good at what he does, but would have appreciated it all looking as expected for the price charged.

GREAT JOB ON BATHTUB AND TILE REGLAZE…read more==================================== Our 1950 era tub and possibly tile had been a dusty rose color originally. When the house was updated in 2001 everything was painted white including the tub and tile. I think we had it reglazed at some point, but it only lasts so long. So I started searching for places that could do the tub and the tile. Getting a estimate was easy. I just had to send Fermin a few photos and I got a quote quickly. Then we set up an appointment and Christian was there promptly at the time scheduled. He did a great job, so I highly recommend them.

I spoke with James, who promptly requested that I send photographs of the damage. Within thirty minutes, I received a very reasonable estimate. Initially, James informed me that the earliest available appointment was on Friday. However, when I mentioned that my family would be arriving on Wednesday and that I would appreciate completing the repairs beforehand, he went above and beyond. To my pleasant surprise, he was able to accommodate me just two hours later on the same day. It was an added relief that the technician who had previously repaired my tub ten years prior arrived at our doorstep. Miguel performed the work with the same high standards as before. He is very professional, a nice and friendly guy with thorough attention to detail and evident pride in his craftsmanship. He left the workspace neat, and the bathtub now appears to be in excellent condition. The three- to five-year durability of the repair speaks to the quality of ProTub's craftsmanship. Should I require further services such as reglazing or refinishing in the future, ProTub will undoubtedly be my first choice. I sincerely

Over the years, we have worked closely with Luis, and a few qualities have consistently stood out: he is always punctual, offers fair pricing, and delivers remarkable results. This time, we decided to move forward with a project Luis recommended: refinishing one of the wood laminate kitchen countertops in our rental unit. Initially, I expected the result to look like a simple repaint, especially considering how worn and faded the laminate surface had become. However, once I saw the finished work, I could hardly believe my eyes. It genuinely looked as though we had replaced the countertop with granite. The finish appeared solid, durable, and waterproof. Luis and his team did an outstanding job. I was truly blown away by both the quality of the workmanship and the final result. I only wish I had taken before-and-after photos, but judging by the many client photos already available, you can clearly see the level of quality they consistently deliver. Would I use Always Refinishing again and highly recommend their work? Absolutely: 100%.

Our home has teak trim and architectural features. Many of the surfaces that get a lot of sun exposure needed work. Indy came out, evaluated what needed to be done, and Teak Master promptly sent an estimate. The senior crew supervisor was Indy, and our crew consisted of Andres, Arturo, Samuel, Abidan, and Juan. They were here for three days, sanding and refinishing the teak. As an example of their attention to detail, my wife has a lot of potted plants on the patio. It was no surprise that they moved all the potted plants out of the way. The surprise came at the end, when Indy took out his phone, looked at the photo he had taken three days earlier, and directed the crew as they put every plant back in its original position! Nobody else has ever done that. And, on the day the trash was collected, I left the barrels on the driveway, to give the crew more room in the side yard. After they left, the barrels were back where they belong. It's the little things. Although Indy and I had examined the house in advance to determine the scope of work, as they were wrapping up Indy looked at the garage doors and pointed out that after refinishing the other areas, the doors looked a bit shabby. He was right. I look forward to having them back in a few weeks.
