Even when busy they do their best to get somebody out to you in the shortest time possible. This is the second time we have had Matthew and it's because I requested him. He's got to be one of the nicest people I've ever met. He is large and in charge!! He knows his stuff! He had to bring a large flatbed as our Durango quit working again ..... He had to really consider how to get the tow truck in the driveway without hitting the mailboxes, which unfortunately are right across the street from us. The reason I requested him is he had done such an incredibly good job with our son's Corvette. He had to be very cautious and calculate how he could get the flatbed truck backed up to be able to get the car up onto it. It had zero power. I opted to use Leander Towing, even though we have roadside with our insurance company . There are those times where it just pays to use local businesses and this is certainly one of them. We also want to say that we feel Leander Towing is very much competitively priced. Thank you, Matthew and Leander Towing for a job well done !! He didn't fix the flat; what he did was put on the spare ("the donut") for me and made sure it was inflated and ready to go. He also checked the pressure in my other three tires. I didn't know what to expect when he arrived. I forgot to ask what kind of service I was getting. He's not a tow truck or a mobile tire repair service. He has a van with equipment inside to get you on the road again. In my case this was to change the tire to the spare. He also jump starts vehicles, unlocks them, and brings gas if you've run out. If you don't have a functional spare, I would say this is not the service you need if you get a flat. After he changed the tire and aired the others, he made sure I knew where the closet tire shop was and told me what time they closed. He also gave me some tips and warnings about driving on the donut. He helped make a bad day a little brighter.
