Jordan just turned 18 yesterday, and he already runs his business with more professionalism, integrity, and kindness than many seasoned companies. A few weeks ago, I saw a post about Jordan helping a woman stranded with a flat tire and a small child in the car--and he refused payment. He helped simply because it was the right thing to do, believing good deeds come back around. That alone impressed me. Then, this past Saturday, my husband was driving to Lago Vista to pick up his dad for his 91st birthday party when he had a tire blowout that completely came off the rim. Because of the ice storm, we had to wait a couple of days--but the moment we contacted Jordan, his communication was excellent. He was punctual, professional, and handled everything quickly and safely. He removed the damaged tire, put on the spare, and made sure the vehicle was safe to drive for repairs. Jordan was incredibly respectful, polite, and kind--just a genuinely good young man. And to top it off, his pricing was very reasonable. My husband tried to tip him extra for such outstanding service, and Jordan gave the money back, insisting his fee was more than enough. We have AAA and could have called them, but we wanted to support a young local business owner who clearly believes in paying it forward. We are so glad we did. This company restored our faith in humanity during an impossible situation with our moving company…read more The owner, Hit, and his crew went out of their way to help us at absolutely zero benefit to themselves. We were not their customers, but when they found our precious belongings abandoned on the side of the highway with the moving truck they were there to tow, Hit tracked us down and did everything in his power to make it right. He and the crew spent 18 hours picking up every piece, things that anyone else would have thrown in the dumpster or left to rot (the moving company had done just that). Because of this selfless effort on their part, my husband and I were reunited with heirlooms from our grandparents, important papers, memories, things that would have broken our hearts to lose permanently. "Thank you" will never be enough for these guys. Everyone should turn to this company for their towing/roadside needs, because you can feel confident that they will treat you with compassion and respect as a customer and a human being. Woody actually was in the process of towing another vehicle when I called him. Being that his current tow didn't have a tight time constraint, he actually dropped the in-tow vehicle off where my truck was and hooked mine up, towed it to Buda and then came back up to Georgetown to re-hook the other truck. On the N I-35 frontage road near West Old Settlers Blvd / East Old Settlers Blvd, I encountered a…read moretow truck operated by Eagle Towing and Recovery that was driving in an unsafe and aggressive manner. The driver was traveling at a high rate of speed and nearly rear-ended my vehicle as I was properly signaling and moving into a right-turn lane. I had to change lanes to avoid a collision. The tow truck then blocked the entire right-turn lane, preventing multiple vehicles from turning. Shortly afterward, the driver abruptly crossed multiple lanes of traffic and entered my lane in a way that forced me to brake hard to avoid a collision. The situation felt dangerous and completely avoidable. Given that tow trucks are large commercial vehicles, this behavior raises serious concerns about public safety and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable hiring or recommending this company. I strongly recommend choosing any other towing company. No one should have to fear for their life because of a tow truck driver's actions.
