I had called nearly 10 different tow companies, and of the three that had answered, Freddy was the only one who gave me an actual price estimate (that wasn't outrageous) and an approximate arrival time. Although he was busy with another customer at the time I called, we exchanged info and he got back to me shortly after. Once Freddy arrived, my day continued to improve. Worryingly, I had my toolbox stored in a relatively tight storage unit complex, but Freddy managed to maneuver his truck in without a problem. As he began to load up my toolbox, I could see (and appreciate) how careful he was being both loading and securing it on the flatbed. The unloading process went smoothly as well, Freddy again backed into my precarious driveway with ease, then proceeded to use the same skill and care to unload my toolbox without even a mark to either my driveway or toolbox. I think that was a little deceptive. Some people may not actually read their invoices. If you want to tip your driver that's fine but added to your bill without approval is unprofessional. This was not a table of 8 at a restaurant. I did contact them and received a refund for the "tip".

Evidently lake Georgetown is run by the US Army Corp. So car was towed by Cen-Tex and my wife had to go get my son and drive him to get car out of the tow lot. The tow was $300, what a ridiculous amount to rip people off! Also they damaged my car in 3 places. I called and spoke a Les, says he towed the car and adamantly denied he did the damage. It was 4 pm in an August afternoon, there was very little shade around so we really didn't want to wait that long. We called Blue Angel. They said they could come by in 25 mins, which they came pretty close to that. We understand the truck driver probably had to fight 4 pm traffic somewhere. The guy who jumped start our car was really helpful and friendly. We thought our car battery needed replacement but he said he checked and it looked okay. He also checked the alternator and they also looked okay. Very nice guy. I hope our car never needed to be towed again anytime soon. But if it did, we'd call Blue Angel again!

Then when I called insurance, my insurance stated they didn't cancel. So l called out whoever was behind the phone for Blue Angel and they admitted to cancelling after having FIRST said my insurance did and basically it's my insurance's fault for not updating. My issue is that Blue Angel LIED when they could've just been honest up front. Updated: Only after I left this review were they so concerned to call so many times.
