Beth Botlz is the owner and was the instructor for this session. She is super nice, I enjoyed learning how she opened this studio and her personal fitness journey. The other classes offered are, Barre, Yoga, TRX, and regular Body Sculpt. There is free street parking and a parking lot behind the studio. All first come first served of course so be mindful of your timing so you won't be late to class while looking for parking. All you need to bring is water + a sweat towel.

It was exactly what I wanted! So many squats...(still sore 2 days later ) I've signed up again for a class on Wednesday. I also purchased a matching workout outfit when I left. They have the cutest items! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. It's always intimidating walking into a new studio and a new workout you've never done. It was judgment free and some of the regulars just started talking to us right away. When the class ended they handed us a nice cool towel with lavender and a cute little bag with bath salts to take home

They gave a little more instruction and started with some slower moves which is nice for the newbies. My legs were SHAKING during the bar portion. They have 2 locations in South Florida, this one and the one in Wynwood. The reformers are bigger than the ones at Solidcore studios which is a bit helpful, but that doesn't mean the class is any easier. The studio was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. Overall a 10/10 class and I will definitely be back and try the Wynwood location as well.

I went to a beginners class and it was just meh. The instructor was a bit stern. She didn't ask about any injuries or limitations and had she, she wouldn't have pressed my knees down (I have to have them up a little due to being hyper mobile) or would've at least asked if that was ok. Especially at the high price of classes, and it being beginners, I would've thought that's something that would have been asked or been more careful with. I literally had to say "I can't do that, I'm hyper mobile" and she gave me a weird look. There was like no caring or personality. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

When I walked in, the front desk person completely ignored me until I said something and when I was in the middle of said conversation, she turned and started talking to someone else. I felt that it was completely inappropriate. I also took the all-levels class, but like others have said, this was not for beginners whatsoever. A few girls were just so unfriendly and rude, so I just never came back. Yoga is not a competitive sport and I was not welcome from the beginning. The instructors are fantastic and helpful, but I just felt awkward. This would be a great studio if you are a previous dancer or gymnast of have done yoga you're entire life. But, that isn't me. Also, no mirrors so you can't look at yourself to fix your form, that bothered me. I use the mirrors in other studios so I can make necessary adjustments. The studio is VERY small and you are essentially right up on top of everyone else. Just wasn't my favorite experience ever.

Evening classes as well as daytime. Instructors are attentive and interested in helping you achieve your goals. Didn't get the last star because the studio is small and some classes are overcrowded. Also, I understand the value of doing yoga in a hot room but this isn't hot yoga it's Vinyasa. There are no air conditioners so in the summer in South Florida it gets pretty hot in there. This is not uncommon in yoga studios. The thought is that the warm room helps relax your muscles and prevents cramping. Some students will even ask instructors to put on the heaters which is too crazy for me. The good news is that they usually prop the door open so at least you get some outside air. Overall this is the best yoga studio around and the quality of instruction more than makes up for the lack of air conditioning.

The facility was clean and had a zen vibe to it. The instructor moved around a little bit during the class and provided short breaks as well for sips of water or towel off. Modifications were also provided if the workout got too difficult, especially for a newbie like me. At the end of class the instructor provided a cool towel for face and neck and antibacterial wipes to wipe equipment used.
