Omar helped us to arrive at the best decisions for our new floors. J.Gamaliel is a highly skilled tile craftsman that created a beautiful master bath floor, and Rafael worked hard with great skill and efficiency to make a beautiful laminate flooring upstairs, stairs, and downstairs. There were several heavy pieces of furniture that Rafael and Hugo moved carefully and returned to their sites during the installation process. All aspects of this adventure were done with great professionalism. They conscientiously cleaned up as they went along. And they finished days ahead of what was estimated. Good communication with Nell. Frankie checked in every day to monitor progress and answer any questions. They all delivered on the promise of excellent work. We are very happy with New Design Center and send the highest recommendations to anybody that is interested in excellent skilled work. Toni Andersen Lake Elsinore

I don't doubt that Ron (and some of his team) have made some nice things before. But, as a…read moreprofessional service, I cannot recommend them. They made an incredible number of mistakes on what should have been a relatively straight forward (but pricey) kitchen remodel, and some bedroom built-in cabinets. To make things worse, they reacted very unprofessionally on a number of occasions when their shoddy mistakes were challenged. Not only were these reactions to me, but to my wife, and to the general contractor (who now swears to not work with Ron again as it came to reflect poorly on him too). It would be too tiring to break the whole process down and list all of the mistakes. But, as another reviewer here mentioned, Ron became "too busy" to correct their last set of mistakes so we decided to move on. And guess what? The next guy got it spot on, first time, with a smile on his face. It's called professionalism.

My husband and I had a loose idea of what we wanted, but we're not designers. So, we appreciated Ramon's background in custom design. Also, we NEVER had an issue getting in touch with them if we had a question. Once demo started, Ramon and Jessica were very involved. Ramon was at the house almost every day and he made sure to check in with us throughout the process to make sure we were all on the same page. We even made a few changes right in the middle of the process, but Ramon and Jessica were always happy to work with us. They also made it very clear what modifications they could make and stay within our strict budget. Of course, we ran into a few bumps, but we are extremely happy with the way Ramon worked through any concerns or issues we had. That's huge! When we're ready for our bathroom to get a facelift, we'll be calling them. In summary, if you want a contractor that answers your calls, shows up when they say they will, and will what is promised -- you will not regret using SPFX Kitchen Cabinets & Bath.
