That's when I knew that Richmond Farm & Brewery was absolutely the right choice to host the party. The words were spoken to me by Tracy, the event planner, hostess, server and bartender that I had been working with for the past few months planning my event. From our first informational meeting to when it came time to pay the bill, Tracy approached the entire process with understanding, simplicity and professionalism. She answered all of my questions and presented many possible options to make the event a success. Every one of the 59 guests who attended our event commented positively about the setting, staff, food, drinks and service. The word "amazing" was mentioned frequently by the party guests and they agreed that it was indeed epic. I would highly recommend RFB for anyone planning an event.

The name of the beer was Long Hill Lime which is a Lager. It was very refreshing and very, very flavorful. I was especially happy to have this beer during summertime! Flavor features in this beer are lime, crisp, a dry aftertaste or finish. All of it blends together nicely. The beer is light bodied and "crushable " which means it's very, very easy to have more than one in a single sitting.

All staff are knowledgeable in the brewing and hospitality skills to succeed now and for the long run. Point of sale systems are able to keep open a tab and clearly distinguish ongoing bills. The marketing keeps rights with the sign ups of emails and keeping customer histories. Branding is consistent and relevant leading to a nice, smooth, comfortable customer experience. Always have a great selection of beer and the servers are all really knowledgeable. For STOUTFEST, they started with 24 different stouts, plus they had seven other options. Good friend of mine and I went and got there early so we didn't taste any of the substitutes once kegs were kicked. I tried ten of the stouts and while I'm not usually one to drink the sweeter sounding fru-fru flavors, the few I tried were actually NOT super sweet, but just gave a hint of the flavors. I was really impressed. I thought perhaps the weather would keep people away (it was cold and snowing), but they packed the place. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the event and the crowd never seemed to complain of the line got a little long. A great event at a great brewery!

My wife wound up going with the Mexican lager (Tres Payasos) while I chose to do a flight (which I typically do when visiting a brewery for the first time). My flight consisted of: 1) Cool Story M - blonde ale 2) Death Bossa Nova - dark lager 3) Maibock - bock/maibock (partially ordered because the name sounds like the car) 4) Wystouti - stout After the flight, I also got a half pour of their Mexican amber lager - Payaso Oscuro. We were there in between lunch and dinner so we did not have any food with our beer. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We plan to return in the future.
