Probably the best massage of my life!…read more Everybody has a different version of what makes a massage good. Mine is that I don't tell the masseuse where the problem is - I see if they can find it. Jeanie (Jinyi) found it and systematically drilled it out. I'm so impressed at how skilled she is. It is a traditional Chinese-style massage, where they put a cloth over you. I prefer this, as I like to keep my clothes on in public. After this massage, everything was limber, everything was popping like a newborn baby Really, an amazing amazing massage. I will be going back at least twice a month now that I found the real deal

Overall I liked this place and the staff. They tried hard. But then it got weird…read more... After a few hard days of work I was draggin butt. I felt like my left shoulder and arm had been gnawed on by a Chupacabra. So I "YELPED" a local massage place to help me with my damaged flipper/wing/appendage. I happened upon this place that was hard to find in a business strip mall in Citrus Heights. There was a man and woman in the business and they were very pleasant. I told them about my Chupacabra attack and asked if he could rub my left arm for about 20 minutes. The fine gentlemen quoted me $20 which seemed a fair price to regain my super strength. At only 20 minutes the clock was ticking. He spent the first five minutes pressing my spine, neck and shoulders. I'm a big guy, 6'0" and about 275 and not too in touch with my "sensitive side"..... This always irritates me, when I come in and say," I only have a limited amount of time, can you please fix this spot" and they have to spend time either "centering your chakras," "fixing your chi", "opening your energy" or" realigning your wang-chung". Once during a massage at another place I even had a guy blow on the back of my calves for about 2 minutes. I whirled around and asked him "what in the wide wide world of sports is he doing?" He replied that he was using his "WHO BREATH which blows away the pain from the muscles...." I wanted to show him my left hook that puts pain into the muscles but I didn't... Any way back to my story... After two requests to rub just my arm, Mr. Massage Guy finally gets around to rubbing my bad flipper. He did an excellent job and I was finally starting to feel better and thinking, "finally a get a masseuse who isn't a nut job".. when I started to feel a sensation like someone was sucking on my arm, or trying to give me a hickey. I sat up and looked over and saw him applying what looked to be a upgraded alien salad shooter with some sort of modified "milking machine appendage" on the end. He said it was "cupping" to draw the blood to the surface but he didn't even give me a heads up first about the hickey machine. All of a sudden I started thinking, "oh no... it's late in the evening, I'm in a lonely strip mall, I'm the only one here and these people were starting to look like aliens. My mind started to whirl that maybe they were aliens and they used this machine to suck the life out of their human subjects before throwing my bones in a pile in the back room. When I started watching him operate the milking machine he tried to put a Kleenex over my eyes. I still had enough strength to lift the Kleenex off my head and held my breath in case it had some alien type of Ether in it. At this point I just started to laugh inside and just enjoy the massage. Mr. Massage Guy was trying his best to do a good job and I was trying my best not to laugh out loud. I thought to myself that I now knew what nursing mothers felt like if they had six boobs hooked up all at once. I looked down at my arm and it had about 6 of these little hickey cups on it. I took a photo (which I posted above) because I knew I had to save other "YELPERS" who might suffer the same fate as me and hopefully help the Police solve my pending disappearance. (all kidding aside, they should probably warn people before they do this because it left huge purple circles for days. Someone might have a wedding, sleeveless event or other body revealing function coming up.) Mr. Massage Guy gave me an extra five minutes just to be nice. I think he knew that I thought this was a little unusual... or shall I say "Alien" Overall I enjoyed the massage and enjoyed the journey outside of my comfort zone. Or I could just be saying that because they've converted me and now I'm one of them........... And I've got the hickeys to prove it!

While my masseuse wore a mask most of the time, he would pull it down. I also did not get the sense that extra/above and beyond for cleaning was taking place. It's also pretty apparent that they are living in this space. There is a temp shower set up in the bathroom. With a loofa and body soap. The second time I used the restroom, there was water all on the floor because of it. I understand times are challenging, just giving you my full review. Again, the quality was great! So great that I originally went in there for an hour foot massage, and then asked for another hour. I was honestly torn about leaving a review.

My massage was fair, but not very experienced, my GF massage was very rough, hard and uncomfortable. I asked her if she asked or said to go softer and she said she did but it made little difference. Nonie was my massage therapist, and if your reading this review and your looking for a legit deep tissue massage I would ask for Nonie. She seems to have the most experience. So if your looking for "that" kind of massage I'm sure there are other locations in Sac that can help you out. Hope this sets the record straight. My guess, based on my own experience, is the negative reviews are probably true but where about the less experienced employees. Whenever Nonie wasn't available I was always disappointed with her employees... (Your experience may be different).

I had called 30 minutes before arriving as this was a last minutes plan for myself on the drive home. Thought I'd stop in for an hour massage. The lady on the phone said I could come in as they accept walk ins. Upon arriving, I paid my dues, $60 for an hour massage plus a $2 card fee. My masseuse in the beginning was a male. He asked me the kind of pressure I'd like and I chose soft. I am not sure at what point him and the lady switched however, I immediately felt the difference in pressure. She was really rough and rushed through my massage. Twice I asked her to go soft as she was hurting me and at this point I no longer could enjoy my massage. No response. I didn't know they had switched until she announced she'd be back, just grabbing a towel. My first time experiencing a head massage and had it been delicate, I think I would've enjoyed it. Unfortunately, she was rough on my head as well. At the end of my time, she very loudly told me we were finished. No relaxation with this massage. When walking out, she comes to the counter and asks if the receipt she had was mine. I told her yes. She then tells me I wrote $0 for the tip and if I wanted to pay tip with cash. First, I'm not tipping on a service I did not receive yet and second, I was not happy with my massage. She then hassled me and asked if I liked my massage and why I wouldn't tip. Had I stayed with the same masseuse, I would've loved it. $60 for 60 minutes is a great deal! I'd say if you were to come here, speak up for yourself so that you may enjoy your time. I definitely did not.
