Cindy was accommodating and was able to get me in last minute. Her place was clean. I got the hyaluron pen treatment for my lips, pain was tolerable BUT I gradually developed major swelling hours after my appointment. My lips got so swollen to the point where they felt like they were about to burst and I ended up going to ER, causing me to have to take several medications and spend hundreds of dollars for my co-pay. With that being said, I don't have anything against Cindy or her techniques but I'm a little concerned about the apparent adverse reaction that I developed. read more

She was really easy to talk to and although the appointment wasn't perfect, which had absolutely nothing to do with Cindy, she was absolutely kind and patient with me. Not happy at all... I went in to get my lips blushed. I had another service done previously and it was ok but didn't last very long for the money spent. I should have taken that as a sign. I had seen some of the work done on others so I was hopeful that the lip blushing would be done just as nicely. The first appointment was a lil frustrating because I wasn't instructed to stop taking certain medications so the bleeding was constant the whole process. Afterwards my lips lost all color within the first week, was concerned so I messaged the office. I was told that that was normal and that when I came back in for the touch up that everything would be evened out and the color would be beautiful. This time I completely stopped all medications that caused extra bleeding. I still bled quit a bit during the process but got thru it pretty well. Afterwards I did everything I was asked to do in order to heal properly. Once healed I noticed the color was not even and the bottom lip looks like it hadn't been done. I have a very noticeable line around my lips, but only on some parts and not others. I didn't want my lips lined at all only color. I sent in pics because it looks really bad I have to make sure that I put color on my lips or you can see the lines. I sent a message regarding this problem and was asked to send in pics. I sent Cindy pics on 3/20/20 I have never got a reply. I messaged her several more times and still no reply. Not professional at all. The work is poorly done and I pretty must wasted alot of money at this establishment. Would not recommend at all. Update: Cindy I have all the dates and times written down. I came in for a touch up on Jan. 27th at 4:30 pm. Yes I wanted them darker because they were too light and the color was uneven. You said that the touch up would fix those issues. I didn't get back to you until March 4th because you said it would be 6 weeks for healing. I called and left a message on that day at 2:29 pm. I didn't get a reply. I called again on March 13th at 4:26 pm left another message telling you about my concerns. I got a message later that evening at 9:21 pm from you saying you were sorry you didn't return my call last week and wanted to be clear about my concerns which was the bottom lip didn't look like it took the color and the lines around the lips were uneven. You asked me to take pics when it was light outside the next day. I sent you pics on March 20th at 4:21 telling you sorry I sent pics late but because of everything going on (Covid). I didn't get a reply. I resent the same pictures on April 22nd at 12:09 pm because I had not heard back from you. On June 26th at 9:35 am I sent you another text message asking if you ever got my pics. No reply. Called and left a message July 6th at 8:02 pm. Still no reply. Then on July 21st at 2:46 I left another voice message. You responded back later at 3:26 pm. You stated that because I waited so long you were not sure what to do about my lips. These dates show that I did not wait that long. I contacted you right after the healing process because they didn't look right..I did exactly what you told me to do in order to heal properly but they were still very off in color and uneven. I sent pics in March and April with no response. And continued to call and or message you. I can't wear nothing on my lips now because the uneven splotchy lines are really noticeable. I wanted the blush on my lips because I wear lip gloss on my lips or nothing at all. I can't do either and have to wear a color in order to hide everything. read more

I walked into here thinking I would relax and have some me time but to my surprise it was the exact opposite. I had even traveled just to go to her business. As soon as I walked in there was a horrible smell. She does NOT clean her business well. I thought maybe it was a rough day for her and choose to ignore it. I should've taken that as a huge sign. I got the hyaluron pen treatment for my lips And I thought I was supposed to feel the pain I was feeling. But within the next hours my lips were bleeding and swollen. I had to go to a medical professional and got several medications to heal my lips. When I tried messaging her again to tell her what happened and asked for a refund she continued to ignore me before calling me a Liar, a racial Slur and a SIut for attention than she continued to block me. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED in the Service Cindy gave me. Please don't waste your money here!! read more

I have tried a bunch of over the counter products and services hoping to reduce the appearance of acne scars and discoloration on my face. Every product has its pros/cons but micro needling gave me the the results I was hoping for after only one treatment. Although my face was sensitive and dry after, I noticed right away that large areas of unevenness on my face were shrinking and became smooth. I have both craters and ice pick scarring and noticed the reduction of these problem areas. After the second treatment I was even more impressed. We all fixate on certain spots of blemishes/imperfections but now I have trouble finding these areas in my face. One Ice pick scar and another crater scar that seem to haunt me in every photo I am in, have almost completely disappeared. Before treatment I was convinced I had to live with these annoying blemishes forever. Not the case! I highly recommend this service! read more
