But from the moment I walked in and met Reena, I felt an instant connection. She has such a great vibe!! Her customer service and expertise were incredible. I chose the Glow Experience package, which she tailored specifically to my skin needs. She was very gentle on not touching the big pimple lol. Also, I really appreciated that there were no add ons or upselling and she just focused on what would work best for me. After a long work week, coming in for this facial on a hot Friday evening was just what I needed. As soon as I laid down, I felt so relaxed, even more so than during my regular massages. Reena even included a shoulder and full arm massage during the facial, which felt amazing and added to the overall experience. We chatted throughout the session, and it felt like hanging out with a friend rather than just a treatment. I did ask about what products to use as a cleanser since I'm don't know much about skin care besides my basic noxzema as a wash wash and witch hazel a toner lol. I ended up getting a face cleaner and moisturizer from her. I'm so excited to try something new. I loved it so much that I already booked my next appointment for next month, and I'm bringing my daughter with me! I'm also looking forward to my skin improving as it's not too bad but I have some little blemish here and there including some clogged pores. I already can feel and see a difference with just one session! I was surprised to find out that she doesn't have any Yelp reviews yet, so I'm excited to be the first one, yay!
