Butterfield Agency was created to make Medicare easier for people who feel overwhelmed, confused, or unsure where to start. After seeing how often seniors, caregivers, and people on disability struggled to understand their coverage, I built this agency around clear explanations, personal guidance, and real problem‑solving support.
A big part of my work involves helping people fix Medicare issues, understand their options, review their coverage, and navigate situations that feel complicated or stressful. I stay involved in the community through resource tables, educational events, and outreach efforts that connect people with trustworthy Medicare information.
