After you sign on the bottom line, he won't agree to meet with you again, is reluctant to set up phone meetings, doesn't keep his meeting appointments after he finally commits to them (decides at last minute he doesn't want to work on a Friday) , and then tells you "I don't have the time to answer your questions!" Yes, that's a direct quote from Bill just before I told him I would solve his apparent issues by taking my business elsewhere, which I did.
