When the mortgage lender received the report, they checked to verify he was licensed...and he wasn't. They were unable to accept his report which delayed our closing. I called Bruce and asked why he said he was licensed and his response was "I have a business license"...I also asked for a refund. He argued with me about the refund, but did agree to send a check. I've been waiting over 6 weeks, 2 weeks since he called to "verify my address". I'm certain at this point he is just hoping I will go away, and I am certain I will never receive my refund.
