My insurance company had to reach out to them to start the claim and State Farm never responded. They did not allow us to use our body shop and would not respond to our frequent calls. The phone agents were very rude and not helpful. I was so frustrated at the end of the call I swear my blood pressure was up! I would never recommend this company. And this is not just a one off. My mom's car was rear ended and State Farm was the insurance of the people that hit her and same issues. State Farm wanted us to take pictures of our car even after I told them our body shop sent them. It was a horrible experience.
