We've been fortunate enough these past two years to have avoided any major collisions, but recently got a crack in our windshield from a pebble hitting the glass. Looking at our policy and our comprehensive coverage with a $500 deductible, we thought for sure we would have to pay out of pocket, but turns out, Chris took care of us by making sure we had $0 deductible on windshield damages. What would have turned out to be a $500-700 bill at Safelite was $0! So a big thank you to Chris and the team at Western! They are knowledgeable, thorough and patient, incredibly friendly over the phone, and quick to return emails/messages. My insurance company had to reach out to them to start the claim and State Farm never responded. They did not allow us to use our body shop and would not respond to our frequent calls. The phone agents were very rude and not helpful. I was so frustrated at the end of the call I swear my blood pressure was up! I would never recommend this company. And this is not just a one off. My mom's car was rear ended and State Farm was the insurance of the people that hit her and same issues. State Farm wanted us to take pictures of our car even after I told them our body shop sent them. It was a horrible experience.
