I tried to get my auto insurance moved under them and the price quotes were literally 10 times more a year than I was paying for the same coverage! So I skipped that scam. I have had some non-urgent questions so I email Tom and crickets. I refinanced last summer and needed information about my policy, so I email again, and no response. So I directly contacted the insurance company, making All Lines moot. My policy is about to renew and I get a renewal notice from a different insurance company for massively more money but far less coverage and All Lines didn't give me a heads up. So I try to contact them again about what is going on and predictably get no response. Predictably, I now have insurance through a different company with no worthless agent between myself and them. Why get an agent when they literally do nothing of value?
