Chiropractic has been a huge part of my life since I was 8 years old and have been through multiple chiropractic offices. I like to live an active lifestyle but over the past decade debilitating lower back and hip pain sidelined me from doing the the things I love....golf being at the top of the list. After a few hard years dealing with the pain My wife turned me on to Summit Family. Dr. Ryan was confident he could get me to a place of being pain free. I was very skeptical as I've had many family doctors. Physical therapists and other chiropractors say similar things. I was beginning to feel like a test subject and didn't have much faith. But there was something different about Summit Family's approach. It's not your standard in and out adjustment. They have you do a simple warm up to get your body loose before getting adjusted and this was a game changer for me. I adjust much easier now and am not so tense while getting adjusted. Above and beyond that I trusted Dr. Ryan when he said he was confident in helping me. I have been in Summit Family's care for about a year now. I an happy to say that I am almost 100% pain free and have been for 6+ months. I only have little flair ups every so often. This wasn't a super quick process, I had to put the work in as well but with the help of Summit Family and following Dr. Ryan's advice I am back to playing golf and doing things I haven't done in years. Thank you Summit Family!!! Also.. If you give this place a shot don't get stuck on which Chiropractor sees you. They all do an amazing job under Dr. Ryan Sousley's direction and leadership.

This is my second five star review of this chiropractic business. I was skeptical, but…read moreexcruciating sciatica pain, and the recommendations of several friends, drove me to try chiropractic, and Summit Coeur d'Alene in particular. I am hiking! In the local mountains! When I began treatment I could not walk from the bed to the coffee pot without severe pain. I love many things about Summit and the Coeur d'Alene staff. They don't just "crack your back" and send you on your way. They have equipment for warm-up and for after your session. They send equipment home, with detailed instructions and exercises tailored to your needs. The doctors and desk staff are all friendly and approachable. And, greatly appreciated: they have supplements and specialized programs available, but do not engage in "hard sell." I say that the staff here has "given me my life back."

As a result we have incurred numerous additional expenses that are not covered by insurance. They have refused to accept any responsibility for this incident that was done at their recommendation. I came to this Adult Family Home to do design consultation for an expansion with the owners…read more From my personal observation, The staff are among the nicest and most caring people I have encountered ever in an adult family home. The environment was very clean, smelled nice, and felt very homey, not at all like an elderly home! The residence all seemed very happy and well taken care of. Great job, Star of the Sea-AFH, for setting a new bar for Senior Living!

NEVER AGAIN! Leaving my spouse and not providing basic care for my spouse and also my pets was…read moreunacceptable! Pressuring me for money upfront when I was laying in a hospital bed with tubes and IV's everywhere was also unacceptable. When I questioned all that went on at my home (or didn't go on) the woman I spoke with had an answer/excuse for everything. She was full of BS. It was so bad with neighbors for witnesses that I am considering legal action. The last 2 days with different caregivers went well, but by that time I was home having to leave the hospital early because of what was going on at home. I was also being called in the hospital every 5 minutes from people in this company and also by neighbors telling me what was happening. My spouse and pets were definitely traumatized by the shenanigan's in my home. I went back to the company I used before, Love In Home Senior Care, they are wonderful and bill twice monthly, not in your face when you are half dead in a hospital like an aggressive used car salesman not respecting your health and crisis. My husband was filthy and very stinky when I got home, he thought I was dead, my house was FILTHY and my dogs didn't even have water. I had to have someone come and clean the day after I got home. My list is endless... I can honestly say, 2 of the supposed caregivers and the 2 women I had to deal with did not care about us at all. I could go on all day about all that went bad, however I thank 2 of the true caregivers that came through for us in the end.
