She also helped put me in touch with a trusted insurance associate for my mom who is based in CA. We've been fortunate enough these past two years to have avoided any major collisions, but recently got a crack in our windshield from a pebble hitting the glass. Looking at our policy and our comprehensive coverage with a $500 deductible, we thought for sure we would have to pay out of pocket, but turns out, Chris took care of us by making sure we had $0 deductible on windshield damages. What would have turned out to be a $500-700 bill at Safelite was $0! So a big thank you to Chris and the team at Western! I started the insurance hunt about a week ago. It all started after talking with my brother who…read morerecently switched to Geico. I went onto the Internet and instead of just going to the Geico site, I punched a site that gave multiple quotes from multiple companies. When I finally got connected with Geico, I was hoping for a different type of encounter. I got it in spades! Alyssa ran the numbers and the quote she came back with was amazingly better than anybody else's. All I asked of her was to give me 24 hours to research it all. I saw the email she sent me and the numbers made more sense. When she called today, I only had a comment regarding the dirty pool that another agent ran by me earlier and she agreed it was not right. After all this, we got down to business and I got signed. So, a fairly crazy process came to a fast end. I'm now able to laugh at the lizard and I have a great rate. So now I'm wondering how soon will I be able to go to the office and impress her with one of my tuxedos, but mostly to meet her and thank her for making what can be a very crazy experience more pleasant than usual. Hopefully Geico is the last insurer that I will need to deal with but so far they're doing all things right. (Hoping I have got myself covered so the switch from my current company to Geico occurs with no breaks in coverage)
