I've been a farmers client for almost 2 years. they raised my policy because of the signal app that…read morethey swore wouldn't affect my policy then after I told them to cancel my policy because I found an insurance company (Geico) that had a way better rate (600 vs 1300) Ethan tried to pull the 1300 out of my account through a card I gave him only to add another vehicle months prior. Thank god I had lost that card a month ago and had to cancel it and have it replaced other wise he would've gotten the 1300. I have never had this much problems with farmers in Nevada just here in Spokane since I've lived here. I also had an issue with him when he tried to sell me renters insurance he told me it would $80 then a month later tried to add $180 to the policy for it by charging my card I immediately called and freaked out and had the renters canceled. I do not recommend this scam artist in the least bit.

Chris set us up with the best deal she could fine with full coverage through Safeco/Liberty Mutual along with their Safe Driver rewards program. She also helped put me in touch with a trusted insurance associate for my mom who is based in CA. We've been fortunate enough these past two years to have avoided any major collisions, but recently got a crack in our windshield from a pebble hitting the glass. Looking at our policy and our comprehensive coverage with a $500 deductible, we thought for sure we would have to pay out of pocket, but turns out, Chris took care of us by making sure we had $0 deductible on windshield damages. What would have turned out to be a $500-700 bill at Safelite was $0! So a big thank you to Chris and the team at Western! They are knowledgeable, thorough and patient, incredibly friendly over the phone, and quick to return emails/messages. They'll make sure that your coverage meets your needs and is appropriate to your location (and the seasonal hazards you might encounter), while finding you the best rate and being there for you if you have any questions.

They weren't able to beat the price we are currently paying but he went above and beyond and reached out someone he knew at Stare Farm who was able to quote a better price and he provided the agents information. They might not have been able to get us a better price with the companies they work with but him going the extra mile was appreciated. I would recommend giving them a call for a quote.
