Laura and her staff take the time to listen to my concerns, help me understand my insurance and resolve issues that have come up. Several years ago on a trip to New Jersey I was involved in an accident, it was my fault and I was in a rental car. This happened before I was one of Laura's customers, but after she became my agent I started getting letters from the rental car company saying that I owed them money. Her and her staff worked very hard talking to my adjuster, and the rental company to get the issue resolved for me. I tend to get overwhelmed when having to deal with these kind of issues, so them taking care of it for me was a huge stress relief. I would recommend Laura and her office to anyone for their insurance needs. They are fair, and honest and truly care about what's best for their customers. Ruthie
