This agent was great when it was about getting the initial policy..... 9 months later we get the…read morereal truth on the internal staff professionalism and customer service this agency offers. We live in a high brush territory we're told, so Allstate sends out an inspection. Kathy Busch the business manager sends us an email stating that unless certain items aren't corrected they will not renew. Fare enough, I call Kathy after receiving her photos from the inspector to find out exactly what we need to do. As we go through the photos she explains you need to clear the brush and dead trees on the south side of your property and fill in the areas below the side decks with a solid surface material to the ground. This was backed up with photos from the inspector showing the underneath of both decks, clear enough for me to see what I need to do. Got it! As I progress In rectifying the items I send Kathy photos... first the brush clearing and she approves what I've done. About a month later I start sending my progress on the deck enclosures and at this point things get really weird and she's telling me I see this here and this there! So I email here back with pictures off all our stair and deck surfaces and she tells me it all has to be enclosed!!!!!! This was never communicated in the inspection pictures and it was Kathy's poor communication that led to our immediate frustration and beyond that... her rebuttal to try to save her ass. Steve you need to make this right or make staff changes. We will not renew our policy with you (duh) nor will we renew our main residence with Allstate.

I recently signed up for auto insurance with Allstate, And this branch is where my local agents are…read morelocated. So far everything has been good. Except when some information was needed since I transfered over from another insurance company. I basically was getting harassing letters in the mail saying "sorry we can't provide you the coverage you selected" and when I called in about the situation, I was told some forms that were supposedly sent out to me (which I never received) in the mail, I was suppose to fill out and turn in, Were late and I was "running out of time" so my policy would lapse and be canceled out completely. Was very confused and confronted them saying thats unjustified and they need to resend the paper work out and do there job and not penalize there clients for something that was clearly there fault. (fast fwd) I sent everything in and I get a call saying some info is still missing and or doesn't look right. And I tried to rectify the situation in the nicest way possible, And I was told in a very rude manner "You have only been insured for 4 months" we are going to cancel out your policy all together since you have not been insured for 6 months", When really I have been insured for 10 months (counting renewal with the old company) and I was talked to in the most rudest voice ever, And like I was a flat out liar. And after I had the proper paper work faxed over. All I got in return was "We got what we need from your former insurance company, You're fine" again in a rude tone and not nice and understanding. So if I could give customer service a rating I would give it a rating of -0 stars.. When you work for a company and deal with a customer and or client. You don't treat them like they are liars and like you are above them. So if you are going to deal with this branch in person, Proceed with caution and at your own risk. You are better off dealing with majority of the work online or by calling the 800 number. Steven, Don't know if you read these reviews but you're staff needs to be reprimanded if they mistreat clients and or new potential clients. I feel as if I should receive an apology from the company at this branch. Very dissatisfied with the local customer service I have had to deal with and experience. So again if you are going in or calling. Try at your own risk and proceed with caution.
