I asked why she was still waiting so long she said they closed all the other Sally's in the area so this is the only one. I needed to return (11/27/18) and had Cassandra assist me. We tried to find a substitute for the shampoo I had. After a few minutes, she said ; "You know what, why don't I just give your money back and you can shop and get what you want at another store." I was stunned, as I had no receipt . I am sure they get busy and can't help everybody at the same time. I would not judge this Sally's by a few poor reviews. :)
