I didn't have a problem with paying for the bag , I had a problem with how irritating she is . If she is the manager she should have enough experience to know to ask if I wanted a bag or not while scanning the items instead of waiting till I'm done paying . It's frustrating enough that supplies are low if not completely out of stock.

My wife can't remember if she's been to this Ulta before. During this visit, she picked up a Wet Brush Pro Shine Enhancer for $17.99 and a five-pack of invisibobble for $10.00. The total local sales tax was 7.5%. Jennifer checked us out and she was great. Polite service with a smile. My wife is a member of Ultamate Rewards. It's free. At checkout, all you have to do is tell the cashier your phone number (tied to your rewards account). Like other loyalty programs, the more you spend at Ulta, the more you get back in discounts. We chose this Walgreens because the website said the magnet would be ready in an hour. We arrived at the store on time to pick up our order. We went to the photo section and pressed the button for service. An employee came over and looked up our order. At that time, it was apparent the order hadn't been made. The employee said since she was the only one working, the order couldn't be made today and we'd have to come back tomorrow. This was on a Tuesday evening. Since we needed the gift right away, we canceled the order. The employee said she *could* complete a print order, but not a magnet order. So, my wife ordered a single 4x6 picture print ($0.42 after tax) and bought a frame to go with it. My wife went through the same online ordering process on her phone. The employee left, came back, looked up the new order, and completed it. The employee didn't smile once. She acted like she didn't care and didn't want to be there. Not good. Maybe she was having a bad day. My wife has also been to this Walgreens previously, without me, to pick up bug spray before going blueberry picking.
