I explained that I was not comfortable having the same stylist again. I was told that, per their "policy," corrections had to be done by the original stylist. I looked up their policy myself, and nowhere does it state that clients are required to use the same stylist for a correction. Refusing to let a client choose a different stylist and claiming it's "policy" when it isn't publicly stated--is not acceptable. Instead of working with me, I was spoken down to and told, "I've worked at many salons, and this is how it usually is." As someone who has been getting blonde highlights for years, I was shocked by both the quality of the work and management's unwillingness to make things right.
