Right when we walked in the door, we were hit with the smell of freshly baking bread. We ordered a variety of items from a chicken salad salad, a tuna salad salad, a tuna salad wrap with avocado, a toasted grilled cheese and a turkey avocado sandwich on a croissant. The stars of the show may have been the potato salad and the pasta salad. All and all everything tasted fresh and delicious. My 4-year-old picky eater requested we go back the next day and that's how I knew it was top notch. As if this place couldn't get any better, we had impeccable service from the husband and wife owners each day. They informed us they've been in business over 25 years and the long line developing behind us was a testament just to house special this place actually is. Definitely give this spot a try!

SERVICE Avoid at All Costs - Horrible Service I recently dined at Butch's Grinders and was absolutely appalled by the behavior of the staff member ( older caucasian, female). From the moment we walked in, we were met with indifference and even a hint of hostility. Our server was incredibly rude and dismissive, rolling their eyes when we asked questions about the menu and making snide remarks about our order. They seemed more interested in socializing with other staff members than attending. The food, while decent, was completely overshadowed by the terrible service. We felt completely unwelcome and disrespected throughout our entire order process. I will never be returning to and I strongly advise others to steer clear. There are plenty of other restaurants than at 4602 Pine St., that value their customers and provide a pleasant dining experience. Visited Friday for lunch 1/3/2025, with my family and disabled family member with special needs. read more

You can sit inside or outside under some huge shaddy trees and enjoy your meal. I went with the turkey avocado on a grinder roll as well as my wife. The chili cheese fries were generous, hot, cheesy, and topped with delicious chili that made them the perfect side. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and my order came out quickly, even though everything tasted fresh and made to order. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and has that classic local burger joint feel that makes you want to come back. It's a great place to relax and enjoy a quality meal with family or friends. If you're looking for one of the best burgers in Riverside, Nikko's Burgers is definitely worth the visit. I'll absolutely be back to try more of the menu!

Double bacon cheeseburger was the best burger I've had in many years…read more Better than In-N-Out, Five Guys, Lucky Greek, Carl's Jr, etc. New wagyu burger at BJs is almost as good. It had tomato. I hate tomato. STILL the best burger in a loooooong time.
