The french fries are just normal french fries, frozen from the bag and fried. The potato salad seems store-bought because the potatoes are just a little bit underdone just like it is when you buy from the store. For whatever reason I was called to write this review because out of nowhere in the past two weeks, the prices have gone up between five and eight dollars per item and new items have been introduced like chicken wings, at a barbecue place... The food was already overpriced and the only reason that I bought was because I get deals from DoorDash that make it less. So logging onto DoorDash to see that everything at this particular restaurant has had a price hike. I can only assume that it's new ownership. It's a shame you could've been getting some money, but I promise with the price hike you will be making no money and another new owner will come right behind you to try to pick up the pieces. The beauty of well-prepared BBQ ribs is that they're delicious on their own, with the sauce serving as a complement rather than a necessity. These ribs needed that extra help. The baked beans were another disappointment. They were bland, lacking the sweet, smoky, savory flavor profile that makes BBQ baked beans memorable. Considering the price of the meal, the sides felt especially underwhelming. In fact, KFC has sides that offer more flavor and satisfaction. Overall, the meal lacked the seasoning, smoke, and attention to detail that define great barbecue. For the price, I expected much more.

Ribs and chicken were falling off the bone, brisket had a nice little chew, and the hot link was a lil spicyyyy. I was so full half way through! And the sides: mac n cheese, collard greens and potato salad were seasoned nicely. The chicken Philly cheese steak was bomb.com! The bread was soft, chicken seasoned mix and everything paired nicely. Not to mention the amount of French fries! My husband could only eat half! To top it all off, we got home and found that they gave us a butter cake and OMG, my husband and I were fighting over it. The banchan was in a packed and worked well enough for the meal. Flavors still worked out well for the food, I'd be interested to see what the rest of the menu tastes like.

At the last minute I threw in a side of cole slaw and it paired really well with the ribs and cubano. Slaw was not overly dressed and added a cool crispness to the meal.
