DO NOT BOOK!! They changed the times and were ultimately changing the dates, when they finally sent someone..Elmurod, arrived with another mover, he was incredibly rude. He started by telling me he needed to pack the TV in boxes and would charge me extra. Which I replied to by telling him he can cover with a blanket and Saran Wrap, which he ended up doing. But not after arguing. I called my fiancé to come speak to them as I felt uncomfortable, my fiancé asked him about his attitude and comments, and he quickly retracted, saying he only gets paid $20 per hour. Why is this my business when I'm getting charged $85/hr? My fiancé then asked if he had any issues with the move that we could just cancel all together. Elmurod never replied, but they proceeded with the move. During the six hours they were there, Elmurod was constantly on his phone. They eventually called a third person to help them move. However, upon arriving at our new house, Elmurod said he couldn't move our couch upstairs, it had the same layout as our previous home. We asked Elmurod and the extra mover to try and move the couch, and the other guys said they would. Not only did Elmurod demanded us to pay each man a $50 tip, but he also wanted to be paid upfront, even though they hadn't completed the job. We asked Elmurod to please work on the couch as the final item to be moved. To our surprise, while we waited for them, they simply left and let our couch in the garage and other furniture with our door open. As well as a bunch of packing trash behind. When I contacted their manager I been getting the run around, I shared photos of damaged furniture and shared the additional $190 I had to pay to get our couch moved upstairs. Still no reply and no resolution. I will be filling a claim. Furthermore, our dining table and chair got damaged during the move, even though you pay additional for their insurance they won't honor it. They contacted me and refused to provide a refund for additional movers to complete the move of the left over furniture and also stated they wouldn't provide any money back due to me leaving a negative review. read more

Used them for a second time bc first time was ok. Although price is reasonable, there was supposed "miscommunication" going back and forth through message about price afterwards. No where did the conversation say the price agreed upon was for cash only but apparently now it is. Day of at end of move, the price changed. Even though I double checked with them about pricing multiple times. After the move I simply asked for an itemized receipt or breakdown of pricing bc it wasn't adding up correctly for the amount of time and price agreed upon. NEVER got that btw. The ONE and only request i made again was for carpet protection bc i had just cleaned our carpets at the new place but they didn't come prepared for that despite making sure. That's the second time. Your service will depend on whoever they hired to help you. One of my items was damaged (not that severe but just letting you guys know and no compensation or anything). This team wasn't as efficient as the last two people hired. No sense of urgency, always asking for water (which i gave), disappearing for some time or on call. It was to a point where I stepped in to help do whatever i can which I believe defeats the purpose of hiring people. Although overall, the move was completed. The person communicating with me was going to have the small refund that i never got be taken out of the mover's pockets also btw. Never heard that of a business and I never asked of that nor do i respect it. i've tried communicating with them, giving a month to resolve this but was given snarky responses, attitude and being left on read. In comparison to many other companies I spoke with, they had the best pricing, the kindest and most thorough responses to my questions, straight forward pricing, had the minimum of 3 hours we needed and a large 26/27 foot truck. They showed up, got right to work and wrapped all the fragile items and got them ready to stay in long term storage. They were super friendly, clean, smart and strategic and very careful with all items. I recommend them to anyone looking for movers in the area. Though in writing & in text, they back out of moving agreement. I had been completely upfront with my needs, we agreed on a flat rate, including any additional materials needed to complete. I am a disabled person who needed a little extra help with packing/moving. They showed up unprepared and did not fulfill their part of agreement. Had availability when I called a week ahead. Arrived on time, worked efficiently. Were willing to move fragile items like my TV even though I didn't have a box, which was not the case with the moving company I hired for my last move.
