One of the guys (older gentleman) did almost everything while the other two just watched. He disassembled, wrapped all the furniture while the other two just watched. They went room by room. I understand it's a process but it seemed very dishonest. They spent over 8 hours. I got so frustrated that I started helping move the furniture around hour 2. But the two guys didn't help. They avoided eye contact. I wouldn't have written a review BUT we had just gotten the new home painted and unfortunately it has to be done again. Scuff marks everywhere, scratches on the walls, broken mirrors and light bulbs, scratched up dented furniture. And our old home floors were completely destroyed. They were new floors we put in. It kind of felt intentional. I hope this isn't anyone else's experience but our experience was awful.

I noticed the damaged pics on their previous reviews however my belief is sometimes things get broken when moving. It's not like they are throwing stuff around. My tv leg did get broken and the owner immediately offered to pay for new legs immediately. I told him not to worry. It is all good. They moved a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo upstairs to a manufactured home Montgomery County and did it in less than 4 hours including the hour drive time. Well with in budget. In fact I gave them the money I saved as a big tip. I hope that made them happy. :) Last time I moved it took them 6 hours to move me like 10 miles and they took a lunch break. So technically it was 5 hours to move. I get it, it's hard work sometimes they need a break.

There was over 150 boxes and a decent number of furniture pieces. 3 dudes were fast and respectful, keeping our client happy and moving fast and yet very careful. As a professional mover I can definitely say that these guys worth every penny that they charge, so do not hesitate to call them if you need movers in Houston area. Moving day: I actually had to request the guys hold off a few arriving since I was at my new place getting my cable modem installed. Once I called to let them know if was cool to show up, they arrived in a reasonable time afterwards. Chris and Rick were both very quick and polite and professional. I had set a 45-minute timer on my phone so that if they were still working on getting stuff out at that time, I could stop them since I didn't want to go over the two hours. Well, by the time they got all my stuff out of the garage, we had been back at my new place for a good 10 minutes by the time the alarm went off. All in all, it was about 1:50 for them to get me into my new place and get the bed set up. Not bad at all, and well worth the $50 transport fee and the two $10s I gave the guys as a tip. I have some other items in storage at my brother's house and plan to use this company again either for getting that stuff out, or my next move.

With my current phone number and email address in your records as well as my current address I don't see how the attempts to contact me directly failed. With many attempts to resolve this matter and after a couple of people have been let go by your company namely, K.M. & Patti Turner, we finally settled on a claim and have moved on. To post on this review approximately 3 months after this matter has been closed shows your company's lack of customer service and attention to detail. Steve and his crews are always super helpful and often go way out of their way to make things easier for us. They have never intentionally or by lack of care caused any damage. I will use them again... and again... and again... I am writing this because I am calling Steve now and needed to check his number!
