When I called to question after exceeding the scheduled time window, Cristhian apologized and rescheduled me for first stop 7am the next morning, showing up right at 6:56am. He and his team member came, used shoe covers, were careful with my sectional, disassembled it and wrapped it. Pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable. I was very happy!
