That runway is easily one of the best grass runways I've landed on. Very smooth and manicured and same goes for the parking area. Mind your prop blast taking off to the south on runway 21. I landed to the north on runway 3. Absolutely can't wait to come back. Most importantly, aside from being able to fly in, the prices were reasonable and the service was outstanding. The drive thru is so busy the cars wrap around the building making it difficult to get out. We looked forward to dining here every weekend but for the last several months it has gotten worse to where we don't finish our food and have to take it home because of the buzzards flying around waiting for tables.

The catfish filet was small and tasted like it was previously frozen. The shrimp were also small and didn't taste much better. Not sure I'd return if ever in Lafayette, as I was really looking for a more festive environment and more grilled options.
