My phone doesn't look extremely perfect like I just bought it from Apple, but it's good enough. A little dust got trapped under my front camera, but thankfully does not affect picture-taking. *whew*

It was essentially a data recovery issue that would take a couple of weeks. He explained the lengthy process, taking up to 2 weeks due to shipment of a part, running a particular software and the actual data extract. I called back after a few weeks and he told me that the part they shipped was defective and would need to begin the whole process again. I know that things like this happen often especially with older computers so I was patient with the situation. Well its a couple of months now with no update. I've tried to email the contact and website, call both phones but the vmail tells me that the mail box is full. At this point I'm not really sure how proceed and would gladly take back my new external hard drive if they cant recover the data. Anyone else have a similar issue with them?

I was having difficulty finding a reasonable place to get my computer fixed. I have a Macbook and the screen had cracked so much so that I could barely see anything through what looked like blue ink leaks. I called around to at least 6 different places getting quotes on how much it would cost to fix my screen. The apple store said something around $800 while the wefixmacs guys said it would cost around $400. When I called Business & Home Computer Services, they told me that it shouldn't take long to fix a screen and that it would only cost me about $80 (I had already purchased the screen online). It ended up taking them an hour or two longer than they thought to fix my computer, but Mike and Julie were so kind as to stick to their quoted price. I ended up paying them as much as I could afford, though :). Mike was able to fix my screen without ruining anything else on the computer (not an easy task to do on a Mac!). It works wonderfully and I love being able to watch all of my TV shows now on a beautiful, clear screen! AMAZING service and I will definitely go back whenever (or IF ever) I need anything else fixed.

I was always told to come back the next day, or sometimes even next week. This is not how you should run a business. Save your money and time, find a different place. Oh yeah, all these 5 star reviews were only written for the "free" temper glass they offer you.

I had to come back for them to fix it. After that it came apart AGAIN 2-2.5 months later. I have a busy schedule so I couldn't find time to come back. Whenever I did the store was closed during their break. I recently came back to try to fix it, but they wouldn't fix the gap on my phone. It should be an easy fix, and there's no cracks or dings on my phone to show if I even dropped it. I wouldn't mind a small charge of $5-$10, but they just offered a new screen... Skip the headache and get your phones fixed at Apple, it's $10 cheaper now ($109). You can also buy tempered glass screen protecters for 2 for $6 online. So while nice, don't let the offer sway your choice. EDIT: Had my phone fixed by a mutual friend that worked with Apple. He commented how shitty the screen from this place was. BUYER BEWARE!

Only time will tell if the solutions to the durability problems will last more than 3+ years, but based on Brad's communication with me, and the willingness to think outside of the box and work together with us, and the fact that they did the more expensive solutions without cutting corners, Brad has rebuilt our confidence in Blazer, that they are professionals that are proud of their work and go above and beyond to take care of the customer.
