Within a single afternoon, he had diagnosed the problem (dead CPU) and ordered the replacement parts needed to get it back and running. During this entire time, he was extremely communicative and helpful, letting me know all the things he was trying alongside the status of the machine. He also gave me a lot of excellent tips on how to take better care of my computer. I called them at 5:50pm and spoke with Ray "I think he is the owner" anyway I told him what was going on and he said to come on down and that he would wait for me. When I arrived I noticed that they have a big Yelp banner on the window, I walked in and spoke with Ray about the problem and showed him a picture of what the error was, he was up front with me and explained that if the hard drive was bad that he would not be able to save my data. I told him to do his best to save my data. The next day he texted me with a quote and said that he would be able to fix it and save my data. I told him to fix it. About 3 hours later he texted me again and said to come on by and pick it up. Now when I arrived he didn't just give me my computer and send me on my way, he sat me down and explained that I have 3 different options to save my data just in case the hard drive or computer crashes in the future. He also said that if I'm not sure how to back up the hard drive or need help with anything to call him and he would walk me through it.
