Very responsive. Scheduled quickly, showed up promptly and resolved our drain issue efficiently.

I didn't complete the job with them. The estimation on the phone was different comparing to when they came and wanted to do the job. They changed from $250 to $350! read more

It's hard to find a plumbing company that is truly reliable and consistent with their good work. We've had Dave Fults with Burtech two or three times at our house and he's prompt (if not early but makes sure it's ok to be early), decisive with repairs needed, doesn't try to sell you on anything unnecessary and really just gets the job done leaving me feeling like our house was taken care of and I don't have to worry about it anymore. We all have busy lives and it makes a world of a difference to have service people who you can trust. Thank you Dave! read more

My two Kitchen sinks were clogged last week. I called some other company to fix it. That company gave an estimates of $550 to fix the problem. They snaked and even hydro-jetted the pipes. After two half-day work , the main sink is fixed but the island one is still clogged. I paid $275 for the job that was half done. The technician told me that they will have to come in again in three days and charge an additional $550 to fix the second sink. I disagreed and called Burtech instead because of their good reviews. My experience with Burtech is especially pleasant. First over the phone the lady clearly told me that if the problem can be fixed by using snake then the cost will be $125. If hydro-jetting is needed then the cost will be $270. The technician came in the next day and told me with confidence that only snake is needed for a cost of $125. He spent less than half an hour and the problem is fixed. No wonder Burtech almost got a 4.9 review. Going forward, Burtech will be the company that I will go to for any future plumbing work! read more

Burtech Plumbing...and specifically Kyle....have been excellent in their service and on time performance. In an industry that has many complaints this company should be AAA rated. We will use Burtech for all future plumbing need and also recommend them to all of our friends. read more

Jaime from Burtech did an outstanding job installing my new Whole House Filtration system made in Germany. I received this system from a friend and Jaime had never installed one from this company before. After viewing the installations shown on the website for this system, I was a little worried on how much space it was going to take up in my garage. Jaime did his due diligence, studied the manuals, YouTube videos and proceeded to do the best install ever. His work was immaculate, the best looking and took up the least amount of space compared to the other ones I had seen. Thank you for the great job! read more

Two new toilets installed. Thank you for the thorough and professional work! Can not recommend enough!

This was the second time I used their service. Both time they responded promptly and provided good service, without trying to sell me more things I don't need. I would recommend their service to anyone. read more

This is the second time we've used Burtech and would not hesitate to call them again. Today we realized that one of our outdoor water spigots had a leak and we were unable to change it out ourselves. Called Burtech and Nico was here in about an hour to remove and replace the spigot. He was very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Burtech Plumbing! read more

I was in the market to have a gas line extended to the fireplace, so that I could have a gas log set installed there. I explored Yelp and came up with several options. After reading the reviews, I chose two companies for estimates on installation. We decided on Burtech Plumbing due to reviews and their 1 yr parts and labor guarantee. Yesterday was the day selected for installation. Their installer, Jaime was early, as the office had said he would be there between 10 and noon. He was there at 8:30. Showed him where the line was and he went to work. After the line was installed, he said he could put the gas log set in as well. Great! He installed and tested the log set too. What a great person and a great installer. Jaime is the best. Thank you so much. It looks sooooo good! read more

Dave from Burtech Plumbing came to my house on Sunday to repair a leaking pipe in my attic. This could have been disastrous if not handled quickly. He did an excellent job. He was thorough, tidy, and helpful. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. read more

This company is outstanding! This is my second time they have saved me from another company. The first time the own came to my house about two years ago and fixed my drain in the kitchen and saw there was a problem with the bathroom drain, that was in the same area and repaired that line for the same price and lower than the other company price. This time Steven Ernst came because I thought I need a new hot water heater. He trouble shot the problems and found that another company left a valve open that mixed the hot and cold water and save me $1895! We need more companies like BurtechPlumbing. read more

I called Burtech for a plumbing clog we had, and it was a great experience! They answered my phone call quickly and scheduled a same-day appointment for me. Gino was the tech who came out, and I cannot say enough great things about him! He arrived early, after calling to make sure that was OK, and was extremely professional. I really appreciate Gino and the rest of the Burtech team and would recommend them in a heartbeat! read more

I needed an estimate for an area drain jam. An elderly technician who came the next day was professional, instructive, and honest. He examined my drains and showed me the types of pipes used in area drains from his large truck, including an inexpensive type that my home and most home have, a flexible pipe that easily allow plant and tree roots inside. "What, roots?" I thought. I mentioned that I hit a wall inside a curb exit pipe with a garden hose that had blasted away dirt and rocks. He said that wall is likely a ninety degrees joint. He pulled a two inch diameter and eight feet length pipe from his truck and pushed it into the curb water exit to ascertain the junction. He mentioned that I can start with snaking but that probably won't work and a waste of money. He advised that I should go to high pressure water jetting since jetting can usually make turns. Great tech! I found a honest plumber. read more

I had a good experience working with Dave Fults & Burtech Plumbing. I had my bathroom & kitchen refinished and needed to have a new trim kit & faucets installed to complete the refinishing work done. Dave came out on a Sunday and took the time to protect the surfaces he worked on and showed me how everything worked & the work he had done. He was clean & organized and really did a professional job; you get what you pay for and quality plumbing/workmanship is something you should pay a little extra for. read more

These guys have been the quickest at resolution and first on the job. No cost for quotes and a fair price. I've used them twice for quotes and once for the work and both times I was not disappointed. read more

Burtech scheduled an appointment for the next morning after we found a water leak. Kyle arrived on schedule and found the sneaky location of the water pipe leak within 30 minutes. Bill and Danny were very professional and empathetic to our plumbing challenges. We appreciated their expertise, which ultimately led to re-routing our pipes. While it was not the most cost-effective option, it was an investment in peace of mind knowing we won't be facing the same issue down the road. Bill took the time to educate and work with us as we made out decisions. Their plumbing work was first-class, they were on time and on budget. They made the experience as pleasant as possible. read more

Thank you to Gino at Burtech Plumbing for installing two lav sets in an older bathroom. He was timely and I did not have to wait weeks for service from Burtech. Gino automatically put on paper booties, which I appreciated. He finished the job in a couple hours and left with all of the trash and older parts gone. I would highly recommend this business! read more

Burtech ended up coming out three times to resolve my plumbing issue. They were prompt and responsive each time, and Burt was really fantastic and personable each time he was here. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is that for the second and third visits, they double booked me in the wrong time frame and each time had to call me back and reschedule. That was frustrating, especially during the holidays. Also, they don't seal the bottom of the toilet they removed with silicone, so now we have to do that ourselves. But otherwise, I really appreciated their service! read more

Burtech Plumbing was transparent from the start. They gave me an estimate that was the real thing, they stood by it and they knew what it would take to change my water pressure regulator from my description. They gave the quote in a message and did not need to come and inspect first. They sent Jaime their field specialist plumber and he was professional, efficient and happy to explain the process. It was a great experience, all is fixed and I feel I know my place better now. I can recommend Jaime L.'s work and Burtech's professional responsiveness! read more

I contacted them through Yelp! on the Sunday night before Labor Day to fix a leaking faucet. Bill contacted me first thing on Labor Day Monday and asked about the problem. He explained that even though it was a holiday, they only charged regular rates, not holiday or overtime. Josh came out that afternoon and diagnosed the problems, leaving a detailed estimate. After I reviewed and OK'd the proposal, he was back then next day to install the parts. The price was very fair and I am very pleased with the service I got from Burtech and will use them again when needed. read more

.Jaime came out today to fix our dripping bath faucet and he was very professional and friendly, but more importantly, extremely knowledgable and quick. We have a Roman Jacuzzi tub without an access panel. I had a plumber come out yesterday and he said he was scared to touch it (said he didn't do jacuzzi tubs unless there is an access panel). I reached out to Burtech plumbing after he left and Jaime came out for a free estimate today. He said we just needed to replace the cartridge and was able to do it on the spot. The fee was reasonable too. I was very happy with Jaime, and I will be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. read more

These people rock!!! I had them come to my house to fix a leaking toilet. First of all, they were on time (unbelievable). Most importantly they told me that it would be cheaper for me to just buy a new toilet and replace it myself. After giving me that sage advice they didn't charge me a cent and went on their way. Saved me literally hundreds of bucks and a big headache. Will definitely be calling them again :) read more

Burtech did a large, complicated repipe in our house. They were very prompt, professional, and did a beautiful job - limited amount of drywall to repair and also did a great job installing a Moen flow for a good price. Jaime and his crew were awesome. We highly recommend. read more

I am really impressed with Burtech - they have clearly earned their awesome Yelp ratings. I called about a stuck object in my toilet that I'd already tried multiple times by myself. Thankfully this is not our only toilet, so when I was told it was going to be 24 hrs it wasn't a big deal. Then I got a call almost immediately after, saying they could actually make it out in less than an hour. Great! Kyle arrived on time and was really friendly and professional. While he was fixing my issue (one of the kids flushed a quarter roll of TP, including the cardboard tube), he was really personable, asking about my kids and talking about his own. He took extra time making sure everything was working properly and really went above and beyond. And best of all, it was very reasonably priced. A+ to Kyle and Burtech Plumbing, you'll definitely have my business from here on out. read more

I'm so glad I stumbled across this Yelp page! I spoke with Krystal from Burtech Plumbing, she was so sweet, patient and answered all of my questions. I've gone to Burtech plumbing several times now for various plumbing issues and am consistently happy with the technicians who are sent out. This time was no exception. Danny came out and not only took care of the issue but explained everything to me and took the extra initiative of pointing out a non-plumbing issue that needed to be addressed so it wouldn't cause a problem down the line. I appreciated his attention to detail and thoughtfulness. Their service fees are comparable to most other companies but it's their quality of service that consistently stands out. read more

Mike from Burtech Plumbing was friendly, responsive and was in & out within 15 minutes! I got quoted from another company and they wanted to charge $500+ for a running toilet (crazy!!!) Definitely recommend Mike from Burtech and will be using his services again when needed. Thank you!!! read more

My 50 gallon water heater failed in the evening. I call Burtech, they responded quickly and asked for info and photos of my heater. Then they checked their schedule and inventory and sent someone next afternoon. The plumber communicated well explaining what he was going to do, how long it would take and how much. The job was done in just over 2hrs and I can say I would strongly recommend them based on this past job. read more

Great experience with Burtech. Their prices are extremely competitive and they were able to come out on same day notice within a 2 hour window.
