We had grout failure in our primary bath and Burtech recommended Cutting Edge Restoration to open up the walls and dry out the water damage. Cutting Edge was great and responsive. Eli from Burtech came out and provided a very reasonable quote for replacing the bathroom sink hot & cold shutoffs and securing new anchors and nail plates, now that the wall had been opened and we could take this opportunity to repair/update. We were able to schedule him to come back the next day to perform the work, in addition to snaking the two bathroom drains that tended to clog intermittently. Eli is so friendly and professional and showed me exactly what he was doing and why. When he snaked the shower drain, he discovered that whomever built this added on bathroom had dumped stucco/grout down the drain which was very likely the cause of the frequent clogging. He pulled a lot out and provided me with a piece just about the width of the pipe. I called Burtech plumbing after hours on the weekend thinking I would leave a message and get a call back the following day. I spoke with an answering service who took my information and I received a call back within 15 minutes of leaving a message. I spoke with Anna, who was professional, friendly, and courteous. She worked with me to set up an appointment. She even informed me of an internet special they were having. Even without the special, their prices are extremely reasonable, and you get a 3 month warranty. I called another company prior to get an estimate, and they wanted to charge me, (no joke) 6 times more than Burtech. On the date of the appointment, technician, Dave Fults, called to see if I wanted an earlier appointment since his first call was finished. He was friendly and professional, showed up with foot coverings. He got the job done quickly, which was a clogged sink, and answered all of my questions.
