    everything 10/10!! everything went well!! staff = 10 service = 10 food = 10 drinks = 10 (especially the margarita) decor / photos = 10 parking = 10 banos = 9.5 thats all, this is the review!!!

Great service Lots of space-two bar areas The margarita flights were great. You choose your flavors and liquor. My second time here when I come to visit. The oysters are always great, but this time a little short on the oysters, it was a hunt, find, and ohhh there it is. The Cevecha was good too and the nachos are fresh out the pot and hot. It's a great place to gather with family and friends. Not the best pics, but it give you an idea of what you get.

Food was good, tho I did get attacked by 2 Chinese babies. Drinks were cold, like my shower since i have no hot water.

My brother had been bugging me to go to Burrito Jalisco with him for months. Finally I decided to join him, and I'm glad I did. It turns out I've driven past the Tinley Park and Orland Park locations for years without ever bothering to stop in. I'll have to change that sometime soon! We met at Burrito Jalisco on a warm, sunny afternoon. We opted to sit outside since the weather was beautiful. I can't recall our waiter's name, but he was friendly and attentive. He told us we'd have to put a credit card on file since we were dining outside. That was a first for us, but we didn't argue. I get it... there are bad people everywhere, and shyt happens. Anyway, I had the carne asada tacos with rice and beans. My brother had the quesabirrias combo. We both had margaritas as well. I had strawberry, and he had the jalapeño. My brother said the margaritas were really good, but mine was just okay. There wasn't anything spectacular about it. The rice and beans were tasty, but I didn't care for the steak tacos. They were just okay. My bro loved the quesabirrias. He had the goat, which was moist and flavorful. I had some of it as well and agree that it was delicious. I'll probably order it whenever I return to Burrito Jalisco. The bill was $80, including the tip! For two entrees and two alcoholic beverages. I couldn't believe it!! It seemed a little pricey, but I guess that's what dining out costs these days.

I always ride past this restaurant and finally decided to stop and try it. I first sat on the balcony, but it was way too cold and windy for an August day. I asked if the latern could be lit, but management denied my request. Besides that the service was great. However, going that extra mile would've gotten them a 5 star rating. I ended up moving in doors because of the chill. The food was also great. I ordered a chicken combination plate that came with some kind of dipping sauce. In my opinion, the food actually tastes better than the infamous "Pepes." The vibe is much like what I imagine a neighborhood restaurant in Sinaloa, Mexico to be like. Or at least the ones I've seen on TV anyway ("Queen of The South" ). Lol. It's decorated with hanging art and hispanic music playing on the overhead. I would certainly eat here again. Hopefully, the next time, it's a much warmer day.

The service was quick and my bartender Omar was very attentive! I started with a pineapple spicy margarita! The Birria tacos were a hit. The chicken Birria was a first and won't be a last. The shrimp tacos were too. It's cozy family friendly place. Plenty of parking around the building.

Parking sucks because the restaurant is always crowded. But, local businesses do not mind sharing their spaces. I ordered the 2 steak taco dinner; it was seasoned well and very fresh. I also ordered a frozen mango margarita; had NO idea it came in 32oz! Wow! It was delicious. Unfortunately, I was not able to finish it. Can't wait to go back, time permitting and will dine in.

I have had Burrito Jalisco on my list of restaurants to try for some time now. I finally made my way there. It's super cute in the inside if you choose the Alsip location. This is honestly why I chose this location over the Tinley Park location. We were seated and our waitress came right on over. We were given chips and salsa upon sitting. That was great because we were starving. I didn't care for the salsa but it was no biggie. One was sweet and one was hot. My waitress gave me recommendations that were really helpful. Because of her recommendations I was able to try new things I haven't tried. We received our food and boy oh boy was it good!! So tasty and seasoned. Just as I expected. And it's great portions that they give you. We could not stop talking about how good the food was and how it hit the spot. I can't wait to go back and try the things I hadn't tried this visit.

    Terrible service by this waitress

We stopped in on a random Thursday night to find the bar area empty. That didn't deter us, so we took a seat. The bar area is spacious and comfortable. There's a nice sized-bar in the back and video game terminals (slot machines) up front. Our server, Eddie, was really nice. He was friendly and attentive. He offered suggestions on the food, and the bartender, Josh, didn't skimp on the alcohol while making our cocktails. I had the taco platter, which comes with rice and beans. The rice was a little dry but not too bad. I liked the refried beans. I had the carne asada, pastor, and barbacoa tacos. I liked the barbacoa best. The pastor and carne asada were okay. My friend had the burrito. He said it was really good and very filling. My brother had the birria (beef), which he loved. He also had horchata, which he also enjoyed. The chips were warm and fresh, but the salsa was just okay. It was a little spicy for a few people at the table. I had a strawberry margarita, which was fantastic. I also had a Mexican Coke. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their (alcoholic) beverages as well. The bill ended up being around $130 for the four of us. The service was top-notch. Both Eddie and Josh were awesome! My brother and I actually went back for lunch a few days later. It was only $30 for the two of us. Overall, the experiences were enjoyable. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I ordered steak nachos on March 1, 2026 and again on May 22, 2026. Same price, but the portion size was dramatically smaller. Even the sides of hot sauce were about half the size. I honestly thought there had been a mistake, so I literally made a U-turn on Pulaski and walked back in to ask if my order was correct. The employees acted like nothing had changed, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I attached comparison photos from March vs May. The newer phone camera may look clearer, but trust me -- the portion difference is real. I've eaten these nachos for years and noticed it immediately. Really disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite local spots.

My dad and I still ate ours because we didn't want to waste the money but my mother was so displeased that she didn't even eat more than two bites. I love the atmosphere of the place so much that I may go back just to have drinks and maybe chips and salsa, but definitely NOT the best Mexican food I've ever had.

They have the usual menu items like margaritas and tacos with somewhat authentic flavors and things. Coming here it looked much like a basic Mexican restaurant with all the typical decor and everything. It's got a bar and we sat here. There's also plenty of tables. Has about what to expect as far as what to get. It's about $11 for a mojito. The drinks are kind of pricy but not as much as the food though. It's about $16 for an entree. We got the Tacos Mexicanos. Comes with choice of proteins, including vegetarian if not wanting beef or chicken. These have queso fresco which I left off, broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, red peppers, and tomatoes. Quite a lot. These are served with pinto beans and rice. Had some pretty filling drinks and food here. It's located on the north side of town on Pulaski. We ordered Skirt Steak, Camarones Diablo, Chile Rellenos, and Fried Fish. I would recommend all of those dishes ($200+ overall check). Also ordered a large Watermelon Jalapeño Margarita ($44 feeds 6 small drinks), very tasty and not too bitter nor too sugary. We live pretty far from here so we wanted to give a new place a try and decided this was the spot. I would say the only part that rubbed us the wrong way was the mandatory 20%+ gratuity if you have 4 people or more. I've always seen groups of 6+ people get hit with this but I get understand in a way to be like every other restaurant / be more competitive.
