My hubby knows this is my go to spot for carne asada burritos. I was craving a burrito and I suggested trying a new spot by our place since this place is a bit our of the way. My hubby insisted we go to our tried and true spot. He told me he didn't want me to be disappointed. Well, I was anyway. I was super disappointed in the meat ratio in my burrito. I mean when you pay $14 for a burrito, you kinda expect meat in the majority of your bites right? My burrito went like this. No meat bite x 5. 1 bite of meat. No meat bite x 2. Meat bite x 3. No meat bit x 2. Repeat 5 times. Then I get 1 last big mouthful of only meat then no meat for the rest of the 4 bites of burrito. I was torn on writing this review. Covid hit, meat prices are going up and I feel the restaurant doesn't want to raise prices bc it's already a pretty pricey burrito. But if I'm paying $14, I don't mind paying $15 and getting the usual amount of meat. I'm prolly not going to try this place again for a lil while though. Maybe my experience was a fluke. I'm giving this place a 3 star because the food is actually decent. But if I could give a separate rating on customers service, I wouldn't give any stars. Me and a group of 10 came out and We drove all the way out from Anaheim to give this place a try because of all the hype on IG. We got here and there was only one other customer. The worker, Gurgan seemed cool and all and helped us. But as he took our orders more people came in and it seemed like he was having some trouble getting orders in quickly. Cooked orders were piling up and no one was handing them out. More and more people flowed in and it took a long time to get people through. We FINALLY got our food and decided to eat at a local park since there was no seating. Turns out one of our orders was wrong and it was literally a "rice taco" which is not what they ordered. They went back to get their order fixed and Gurgan literally told her she was in the wrong. They also charged their card twice. When they finally decided to make the order again, Gurgan took the receipt to be back and got the order. Our friend wanted the receipt back in case the second charge wasn't reversed by them but Gurgan said they tossed it. At this point, they were over it and just left. We ordered all of our burritos "bomba" style and three of them were not. We ordered the different sauces and turns out they didn't even give us the correct sauces. They need to either get more hell or get employees who can take and give out orders correctly. Maybe next time we'll go to their other location. Other than all that, the food that was actually made correctly was good. read more

True to their name, this place is da bomba. 1. DELICIOUS FOOD: I'm obsessed with their vegetarian burrito bomba style (with a crispy cheese shell on the outside). It's all I've ever gotten from there because it's so delicious. It's probably my favorite burrito in LA (strong statement I know). This place really lives up to the name bomba because the food was very bomb. I got the chicken burrito which was recommended by the cashier Michael and it was one of the best burritos I've ever had. The customer service as well from Michael was amazing, he was very friendly and kept up with me the whole time. Place is kept clean and was cleaned immediately once people stepped out. Had the Sausage breakfast burrito from Burrito bomba, and I gotta say this was one of the best breakfast burritos over ever had. To give some criticism it is a little too greasy for me, the tortilla was soggy and falling apart but overall the flavor was amazing. The bomba sauce paired perfectly with the eggs, potatoes, queso fresco and the pico, only thing that bummed me out was that the sausage wasn't like a breakfast sausage but more of a hot dog, which is what some of us Latinos are used too but I was expecting breakfast haha.. overall amazing food, nice to see you guys striving during this pandemic! read more

This is the 3rd time i have shown up after i get off work at 9:00pm. Im real close so ill get there within 15 mins and all 3 times I show to grab dinner ive been told were closed. The hours clearly say they close at 10 pm. Apon me asking why they're closing almost an hour early & letting the young lady know that its really bad for business to tell a customer were closed an hour before their actually supposed to be closed, the response ingot was I Dont make the rules or store hours... what does that even mean? Their specialty would easily be their burritos which there are a variety to try out so feel free to mix and match while saucing it up with their special sauce. Upon entry when you look at the menu you have the option of customizing your dish. You can choose a plain or skinny burrito, taco, torta, or burrito bowl. Then you can choose your protein. Finally, sauce and drinks. I had a tomato wrap shrimp burrito with the bomba sauce and mango habanero. The burrito is delicious but the sauce gives it the extra kick.
