I saw they do everything in-house by hand to avoid items being lost in the mail, or damaged in a bulk scanner... but on top of that the customer service is top notch and the quality of the digitized photos are absolutely amazing. Everything was explained on their website, and again in person when I dropped the photos off. They were quick, efficient, and VERY reasonably priced.

I highly recommend Chad and Kountryjoe Video Digitizing. I came to him with a very large and…read morechallenging project involving around 500 tapes and a wide range of formats, including professional productions and personal videos accumulated over many decades. Chad brought real expertise to the project. Rather than simply taking a one-size-fits-all approach, he understood what I was trying to accomplish and came up with a smart, creative and practical solution for preserving this huge collection. He was knowledgeable, responsive, flexible and willing to go the extra mile when different tapes required different approaches. Most importantly, he delivered excellent service and tremendous value on a high-volume project, enabling years of priceless family memories and important professional footage to be preserved digitally and shared for generations to come. Very grateful I found Chad. If you have historic content that contains priceless memories or footage you don't want to lose, I highly recommend getting them digitized ...and I highly recommend Chad to do it.

I like most people have had tons and tons of old 8mm tapes and video cassettes just sitting in storage. I would say I had roughly 110 ish items to get digitized. Chad (now that I know your name) has been nothing but a super cool awesome guy. He knows his stuff and explains the whole process. He evens explains any challenges or situations regarding your tapes if he encounters them. I'm not sure what else he does but he did an amazing job on my tapes. I use to play on a VCH player and sometimes my old cassettes would lag, create static, the sound be off, and other technical viewing and audio issues. When he converted them all. I can replay them clearly, smoothly, and high quality without any challenges. Amazing job. He is trustworthy, honest, and fair when it comes to his services and prices. You will save a lot of time and money vs bigger digital services or companies charging crazy prices by tape or length of film and time. 1000 rated and will definitely be my number place to digitize anything.
