AMAZING. My coworker and I went to check out the food trucks by our office since our catered lunch today didn't really suit a keto diet. We saw Burning Buns and headed over in hopes that they had protein style burgers. We were greeted by a very friendly man (owner, I'm assuming) who welcomed us immediately and, when we told him of our dietary preferences, was more than happy to make protein style burgers for us! We both got Frankenstein burgers (burger, bacon slices, ham slices, and cheese) and... Oh, man. Talk about delicious. We rushed back to the office with our orders (which only took 10 minutes to prepare) and told our other friends on keto to go check out the truck. Hopefully we helped get them a little more business! My only critique on the burger itself was that I'd have loved some kale instead of baby spinach in the lettuce bed, but that's me being picky. They say you eat with your eyes first. And burning bun does this to a tee. I usually get my burgers without a bun and most food trucks just slap everything on a plate and throw it at me. However, the guys at burning buns took the time and effort to make sure the presentation was up to par. I can tell you the smell and taste are no different. Its aromatic and it tastes amazing. He offered us samples of the daily special of BBQ pulled pork right off the smoker, truffle fries, and Siracha hoisin fries. All were so sooo good.
