They were at Chapman today and for $10 I got a "fancy" burger with weird meat, some cheese, a bun, some sauce, grilled onions, and some spinach. I tried Burning buns for the first time at my apartment community, they hosted a food truck night, and let me tell you their food is DELICIOUS!!!!!! Not only was their service quick, but their food was high quality and made to perfection!! Because I am a total fries girl, of course I had to try both the Asada and Cubano Fries, and OH MY GOSH they did not disappoint! They came out hot and fresh and the seasoning was to die for! I honestly loved both, I literally couldn't put down my fork! The asada fries had this creamy, lightly spiced chipotle sauce that just brought out all the flavors of the asada and cheese and guac!!! And now for the cubano fries, can you say grilled onions for the win?! They had this sweet, tangy BBQ sauce with good sized cuts of grilled pork topped with mustard and pickles, honestly these fries are GENIUS & Addicting to say the least!! I went to food truck meeting here in anaheim amd hinestly by far the truck looked like any food truck. I went with my gut and still gave it a shot. Order taker super friendly heck even the cooks made an awesome conversation. They helped me decide for my picky girlfriend and she even ended up loving it. I got the hulk burger and she just got a regular burger. I also got cheesy fries with creamy Chipotle. Outstanding the burger the meat stands on its own.
