I opted for Mike's Famous Philly (Regular size) on rosemary/parm bread. The food takes about 8-10 minutes as it's being cooked in-house. When i received the sandwich i thought it sorta smsll, but when i bit into it, the quality was there. All the great toppings were there - (Grilled onions, peppers & white American cheese). The quality of the food was where it's at. Comes out hot and delicious. I recommend this place if your looking for a quality sandwich. It bears all of it's competitors hands down. Used to go to subway, until I tried Jersey Mikes. This place is far superior. Customer service is great. They greet you when you come in and are very friendly from start to finish. Every meat and cheese is freshly sliced in front of you. All the toppings are fresh. Get it Mikes Way (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, spices and sauce). So good! I always add mayo myself. My favorite is the #13 original Italian. My husband likes the Philly cheese steak. Shout out to Hunter who made my husbands sandwich today. They have a small seating area. With a table outside. Love this location! Super fresh and timely! My heart and belly were sad when my #8 club (bowl) was missing a couple key ingredients. First and foremost, BACON. None to be found sadly. And Mayo. Not a premium ingredient but bacon and mayo kind of make a club. That was a bummer especially with the price of that specific item and I added double meat. Had never been to a jersey mikes so when I received a coupon for buy one get one free I decided to try. Now I admit that the coupon was for a single location and not this one but the print on the coupon was so small I could not read it. Ok I learned my lesson to read the fine print on everything but why couldnt the coupon made this more clear. Well despite my mistake I was treated rudely by the cashier. After ordering I went to the cashier to pay and presented the coupon. the cashier scanned the coupon and told me it wasnt valid. I asked him why. He said nothing and just pointed at the coupon in his hand. Why couldnt he tell me rather than expecting me to read the coupon fine print from 5 feet away. Well that annoyed me so I told him to cancel the order. As I left I realized the cashier had not given the coupon back to me. When I returned he said he threw it out and couldnt find it . The quality of the party packs was sub par with wilted lettuce and tomatoes. I am a foodie and like my sandwiches. I would recommend that if it's not made fresh not to order the catering party packs. The franchise owner doesn't support our claim for the terrible food we received and offered me four free sub cards with a value of $45.00 to try and satisfy us with the cost $200.00 spent. Our family and friends stayed away from the sandwiches due to the poor quality of food presented from the Jersey Mikes store on La Palma and Imperial across from "In & Out". Stopped by here for an afternoon bite with my girlfriend and brother on a hot Southern California day. To our unpleasant surprise, the air conditioning was not on, and the interior of the store was scorching hot. Felt like I was eating my sandwich in the middle of death Valley. I even overheard one of the employees behind the counter complaining to her coworker about the temperature, while fanning her face with her limp hand back-and-forth. Not sure if the AC unit was busted or if the owner is just a cheapskate that will not run the air, forcing the innocent patrons and employees to suffer. Recently I've been to this Jersey Mike's three times. Every time the service has been fast, helpful and courteous. I'm one of those who can sometimes ask a handful of questions. Usually, they know the answer straight away but one question they didn't so they found out and let me know. I can't ask for more than that. This location hasn't been open long - it's close to where I live and I'm happy it's opened. Went to this Jersey Mike's after a movie around 6:55 pm. We noticed the lettuce was already brown so we asked if they could put fresh lettuce. The answer was kind of rude and she said it's the same lettuce apparently in the back also. So of course we left how amazing that this place had only old lettuce. I work across the street and have eaten here a dozen times. My last order was missing the meat, just portobello mushroom. I contacted Jersey mikes call center and they said they would forward to the store but 2 weeks later no response. A separate time, on a web/ pick up order, I had to wait at the store for 20 minutes to get my food. They like to drown the sandwiches in oil that gets everywhere. The food is usually good but I think the employees get overwhelmed at times and quality and detail suffer. read more

They treated everyone with such professionalism, even down to greeting us as we came in and thanking and wishing us a good evening as we were leaving.
